I'm blocked by one of them, so I only ever see half the conversation. So I just make up the other half in my head.

Bower saying that Moonshift can put us into admin under terms of their last loan - in addition to the list H provided. Don't necessarily see this as a contradiction though as H was suggesting they have a better plan (as I understand it). May be technically correct though.

But Howard also said that Moonshift what nothing to do with the running of the club, in turn if they did put us in admin that's exactly what they would have to do , and as far I understand it ( which is not much) that's the same reasoning  for not calling in the shares.

Above is my opinion only, based on Co House filings, some recent experience recovering distressed loans for a client, and a bit of reading.

So only directors or secured creditors can put the club in to administration. 

If Moonshift took the shares back they would be both a secured creditor and a director. 

However, Moonshift have agreed to sell the loan and have given notice (14 days) so it wouldn’t be them putting the club in to admin. 

The new buyer could put the club in to admin and then buy the assets back, this would still cost £11-£12M plus the £8M to buy the shares, so horses for courses really.
