Are you saying that the bidder is getting fed up with ken not agreeing to their deal and him trying to find someone to gazump them? When it reality it going to be very very slim in him finding an even better bid before the 3rd.. Do you think this party may put the club into admin before the 28th then?

But my understanding is that this bidder had done a back to back deal with the Davis’s family in regards ken debt to them? What if they decide they don’t want to buy the club? Will they just take his shares and sell the club to someone else to get there debt back? Can’t they put the club into admin to get there cash back?

The club can also confirm that due to the delay in collecting the payment for March, the final Direct Debit payment for the 2018/19 season, scheduled for April 1, will be taken next week as usual.

“Supporters will be notified in due course, with a new collection date for April.

It is like they are contradicting themselves there though, is it on the 1st? Because the next line down states they will notify us of a new date in April to cash the direct debit?

If Ken hasn’t sold the club to them by the 2nd they will take the shares back. If they then didn’t want to own the club they would sell it on to another party.

The cases were dealt with in batches, hundreds going through on the same day.  Not really enough time for proper consideration.

correct me if I’m wrong:

1. Ken sells to mystery buyer before 2nd April.

2. If Ken doesn’t sell by then, Moonshift recall the shares and sell them to mystery bidder or someone else.

3. KA, Brett or PBP put us into Admin.

4. We get liquidated because none of these happen.

5. During the 7 days it takes to appoint liquidator, parties settle and club gets sold that way.

Correct, 

Just don’t assume that administration solves anything, if a buyer can’t be found over an undefined administration period then the club can still be wound up. The buyer would need £18M up front to satisfy the debt to EFL requirements. 

Thats why admin isn’t really a favourable option, for anyone.

The reality is that the creditors are more likely to call in the collateral on their loans to discharge the debt
