Custard, the only offence would be wilfully taking on credit without any intention to repay , this is almost impossible to prove.

If what you are alleging is  true, it is serious and should be brought to the attention of the EFL for investigation along with the general issues raised by  Chris Green MP.

Given the level of player and the value of contracts, the agents fees are unlikely to have been of significant interest. 

Sponsorship fees is an entirely different story (looking at you, UniBol).

The EFL have set in place their guidance for what is and isn’t their remit. Non-payment of debts (which is all this is) is only their issue if it leads to a punishable insolvency event. 

Thats not to say HMRC and or SFO might not want to take a peak, but not an EFL matter.

The buying club pays every 6 months, this goes in to the club accounts as expected, but isn’t used to pay down the debt. 

Fairly easy to see how he profits from that scenario.

If you could cast your mind back to John Galt’s brief time here..... he specifically referenced that the debt was higher than £30M, and that this information had been obtained via forensic accounting. 

To give you an idea, there has been rumours of the unsecured debts being found to be closer to £27M, much higher than  the previously assumed/stated figures.

In which event investigations would be necessary. I'll wait to see the audited accounts first.
