Just because the money was found, doesn’t mean it was there. Do you know where it’s from?

Certainly not from BWFC income eh.

It’s not his brinksmanship that made us skint is it, seeing as we were way way before him.

I could be wrong, but hasn't he always done that and been fairly open about it?

He's always blamed cash flow issues rather than not having the cash and has said in the past he puts it in to withdraw it when available.

Would not paying the wages be different to this? Not sure if it's being implied that he's basically skint or he's just at the point where he won't put any more of his own money in.

Oh I’m sure it’s the latter

I wouldn’t either

oh and in football owner terms, he is skint. We all know that though

We also know it’s unlikely there’d be a club without him

There’s plenty of things alleged

Such as you are here doing “a job”

and?

A job...... had I wished to engage in a campaign of subterfuge I would’ve used more deliberate methods.

I have also verified myself to Casino and multiple people on here; and to add to that, remember when Julian Darby broke his leg? Terrible business that.

That's more understandable. Still, can't say I agree with it considering he's probably lining himself up for a substantial payday when he finally sells up.

Also less understandable when he's probably the reason it's dragged on so long and hasn't been done a long time ago.

Ok Howie, you’re here purely because the good folk of WW deserve to know “the truth” 👍🏻

That and being a fan don’t have to be mutually exclusive do they

Anyway, I’m not “against” you. However, it’s clear you have an agenda, and I’m not sure it’s entirely yours. I don’t think you’re alone either.

But then what do I know? Well apart from Universal Credit

I don’t think anyone in their right mind is happy with staff not being paid nor thinks it’s right in any way

However, we don’t know he’s the reason it’s dragged on. We also don’t know if he’ll get a substantial pay day when it’s over.

If he does and if he was, at the expense of others, then I’m more than happy to look back in retrospect and call him a cunt

Will we ever find out either way? Or will it all be hidden in NDAs etc?

Hotel related so couldn’t verify, just a note to the hotel staff, walking out and closing the hotel saves more money than it earns.

Was thinking about staying at the hotel over Easter

Am I better off making other plans?

Howard, the cut off for points deductions this season was at 5pm today, can you see us starting next season with points deducted?

Howards answered this before M.

We only get points deduction if we go into Admin.

Admin is worst option for KA.

Will only go into Admin on day before Winder court day if KA refuses to play ball.

Deal on the table is to clear ALL debts.

Therefore seems unlikely we will end up in Admin - thus no points deduction - but can't rule out the possibility entirely and can only happen once the 14 notice of taking ownership of the club (day before winder) is served.

That's how I understand what Howard has been saying.

Admin now won’t occur. KA has until Tuesday to put the club in to admin, but he can’t fund it.

MJ/PBP won’t put it in to admin as they are due to get paid off by the new buyer. They also won’t want to fund it/don’t need to fund it. They would be better off just calling in the security on their loans and selling on.

Moonshift won’t as they have their agreement to be paid off on the 2nd.

The new buyer could do it to reduce the acquisition cost by about £5m-£8m but that isn’t the deal on the table.

But the new buyer could change strategy and put it into admin presumably? What’s the chances of them doing that?

Yes, as per the last paragraph.

Fairly common policy of Private Equity buyouts is to buy for a nominal sum and then enter admin (CVA), buying the assets back immediately (called a pre-pack) and leaving the majority of the debt behind.

The issue with this for BWFC is that you can’t pre-pack a football club, EFL won’t approve it.

What it means is that the buyer would acquire the club for £8M but then get dragged in to an auction to buy back the assets. They could therefore lose the £8M as they wouldn’t be a creditor.

Its a gamble that they probably won’t taje, but yes, in theory they could if they were convinced nobody else would buy the assets
