Sanction it? I'm a mere supporter of BWFC. If the Club is to be liquidated on Tuesday / Wednesday next week and Bassini steps in and pulls it from the brink, I will be very happy indeed. I think at the juncture he will deserve to be given a chance to make a go of running the Club. Given the extreme unlikeliness of this occurring, it's a moot point (almost), but you see the differences in how we think about this anyway so not altogether wasted discussion.

It isn’t just a choice of Liquidation or Bassini though is it, there are a number of other buyers that have been, gone & are still interested and our delightful owner is just choosing the best deal for himself. 

Kenyon, Basran & Howard’s mystery man are in the running too so why would it be just a choice between Bassini & liquidation.

Anderson is a parasite, who just wants the best for himself, he doesn’t care who the new owner is and their ambitions for us, he just wants to earn the most £ and would sell it to the highest bidder regardless of who it is.

He's a business man, with no attachment to BWFC at all, he's always going to do what's best for him - we don't like it, but he's going to hold out for the best deal that he can. After the "Andersons Out" stuff recently, if I was him, I'd just let the club go into liquidation (fortunately for us, he wants to money more)

That was the specific scenario in point. No one here is saying they prefer Bassini over a wealthy benefactor. You are saying you would stop following Bolton if Bassini came in and took over the Club, many others don't hold such a binary view of things.

If your house was on the market - would you sell it to a nice lovely couple - or some raging dickhead - if the latter was offering £10K more to buy it?

Right... but your argument saying its a choice between liquidation or Bassini is completely invalid because there are more than just him bidding for us.

Of course he's gonna want the best for himself, which he is why he is an absolute scumbag, no pause for thought for his employees, the town or the supporters... and how any one can even remotely defend him is baffling.

To be honest i'd have a concern for my neighbours and other people who live on the street... and negotiate the lovely couple up, as I wouldn't be able to live with myself if i'd sold to the dickhead.

That's just me though, Anderson has no compassion whatsoever.
