Anyone got any idea how big a delay it would be if Moonshift had to take the shares and sell on?

Would it postpone the takeover long or would it be very straight forward?

Depends if they pay HMRC or try to get a stay

Take it if they pay HMRC it’s pretty instant and if they don’t they ask for a 2 week adjournment or something?

If they pay HMRC they have as much time as they need (providing other creditors don’t jump in) if they don’t then they may get 2 weeks, may get 7 days....

Can't see Moonshift paying HMRC unless they know they're getting that back if they sell the club. They'll just sell to the Mystery buyer who'll pay it as they've promised to with Ken's deal.

Anyway, I don't think that'll happen, Ken surely won't let his shares be taken. (More me just hoping this doesn't get delayed....again.)

Just to say on Dave Richards, if he was involved then the money is likely to be from Thailand.

You heard something (other than Bassini's comments) suggesting he is interested, or is this just a passing comment?

Quick google search came up that he was friends with the Leicester owner who died - Vichai.
