Apologies Chris - I haven't seen that other document, I simply viewed the termination of appointment.

Iles is listening to someone who has a different view of MJ simple as that and he’s reporting it as he sees fit that’s his own prerogative.

just to give some context to my earlier comments about the potential motives of other suitors for the hotel. 

Boohoo are online retailer only so have no intention it would appear to keep the stores open of Karen millen. As such would imagine mass redundancies and if stores are owned then again potential property play. These people are in this for the money to be made on the assets only

Of course it is upto him. He wants to portray a picture and that’s what he’s doing. He’s being fed something from somewhere and his editor is happy so they say it as they see it. 

i don’t think he’s bright enough to follow the paper trail through that if FV don’t get the hotel and the club and as it stands that involves MJ that we could be gone and as you point out that’s him gone  too

It strikes me that everyone seems to be hanging on the words of 2 people whose job it is to keep large numbers of people hanging on their every word.

Whilst there may be a sprinkle of truth in small parts of their output, I still see a stadium, a team fulfilling fixtures (just!) and a buyout being kept, legally, under wraps.

maybe I’m over patient, but most of the time I’m happy to wait for it to pan out....

Correct which I was I said no intention to keep the stores open. Would seem odd would it not to buy the online sales but allow someone else to trade the same brand from the stores?? As such I read they are Buying the brands in their entirety and closing the stores  but isn’t as simple as that as I think you know as landlords will be involved  

unless online is a separate company and as part of the deal they liquidate the high street company and all Brand rights pass to boohoo
