Just been talking about it on the news. Nothing to suggest individuals weren't told they were positive (the tests must have been done to identify the variant), but it makes you wonder if their contacts were also informed.

Technical glitch has been found and fixed thankfully- Blackburn was one area affected. Dunno about us.

In fairness most are perfectly sensible. Just a couple total loons. 

Unfortunately, there is more resistance to it all than I realised. At least 3 or 4 in our street, and another neighbour not far away also against it. So long as they don't go protesting.
