Happy House would get my vote for the Chinese

Happy House is ok but I prefer ZugaFun in Ainsworth.

I was house mate's at uni with the lad who's dad owns Chows Chippy, think it's on Blackburn Road

Dunno if it's any good or not

He went home every weekend to work there, you'd have thought he'd come back with loads of leftovers

Best we got was free bags of rice

I know the jock knows his thai, but that thai kitchen has had some decent reviews

Must be doing better than tek ming

That place might have been useful on Ozark

That the one in harwood that was in the seven stars?? And moved now?

if so you are spot on. I was going to suggest it to mounts the other day but it’s a trek and I couldn’t remember what it was called.
anyone that hasn’t been to that it’s absolutely superb.  Very authentic and great prices huge portions as well

That's it

And, on your review, I'll pencil it in

Midweek think a Tuesday it was they do two Thai curries and a rice for £9.95 I think.

Finally, some good things happening round here

Pie shop (not a good one) looks like becoming a bar, empty banks becoming nook and cranny 2, all we need now is blow up the 8 fcuking nail bars and hairdressers

:)

You need a decent chippy as well as chaes is fucking terrible. My mum used to live off south drive so I spent quite a lot of time round there. Could be such a great wee village. Needs to do what horwich has done but on a smaller scale. Sounds like it’s starting which should be decent.

Lagan!

Love that place, food is tremendous plus it's funny watching her behind the counter bollock the chefs.

Siam house was excellent had honey ribs, spring rolls, 1/4 duck (10 pancakes and plenty of duck) all good portions, mains we had weeping tiger, sea bass with chilli & lime sauce (pretty hot but nice) and braised lamb potato and onions in massaman sauce, again all good size portions, for a takeaway was excellent. Couldn’t eat it all despite 30 mile bike ride.

Did you pre order, or can you go and wait outside. Might look at this, something to help out a little.

We pre-ordered, butthey sounded pretty flexible. I called early afternoon and they said it'll be about 20-25 mins.

2 mains @ £23, inc said inspired curry; not bad. And a pile of food.

I've had a look online but couldn't find a menu. Might have to pop up like you did.
