In this case, no. The reason being, I know the circumstances which applied to and which provoked my wording because it was me who made them. If you wish to interpret my words in order to make your point about a poor child murdered many thousands of miles away which I had no knowledge of then that’s up to you but to call me out on that wording just seems rather strange to me.

The incident on the tube the seemingly drug addled one got leathered. 
In one instance an abuser got what he deserved in the other a totally innocent kid got murdered. 
On one instance the one in the wrong was white in the other they were black. 
Neither story has made such a splash in MSM over here. One because it was a punch on a tube the other Probably because it happened in a country that has over 16k murders/manslaughters per year. (That is 50 per day). In UK it is about 600 per year. 
The murder of the kid is obviously much worse but we can hardly have a thread for every murder in the States.

I think neither story got much traction in the MSM here, is that nobody really gives the slightest fuck about either story. Is it sad a 5yr old got killed, yes of course it is, do I care...no, not in the slightest. Did that dick on the train get what he deserved, yes, but do I really care, no not at all.....it was amusing to see, but that's about it for me

Both of the stories are what Twitter thrives on, and lead to huge amounts of "whataboutery"   -  it's also a shame when people always seem to want to post something and then demand immediately that other people condemn it. As Zico says, silence doesn't mean people are condoning stuff.....in the main, they probably just aren't arsed, and don't have time to be outraged by every single thing that happens, especially stuff that is happening several thousand miles away
