The Russian army are mainly just a rabble in a country they know nothing about with equipment that goes back to the Soviet era.  The Ukrainian’s are highly trained with modern equipment supplied by the rest of the world fighting for their own country. It’s only going to end one way and it could be sooner than people think.

Ive kind of switched off from the news about all this as, selfish as it sounds, it was doing my head in on a daily basis.

HIMARS have made a huge difference as they take out Russias long range artillery. They can stop, locate, fire and then fuck off out of dodge before the Russians know where the rockets are coming from.

They also now have the ability to locate and destroy Russian artillery simply by the trajectory of their shells.

They only have a relatively small number too so far and it has made a huge difference. We are training UA forces on our MLRS and will be giving them a small number too. They are even better in terms of firepower but slower in manoeuvrability so may be better in defending newly gained territory. 

There's serious capitulation going on, this is getting quite extraordinary. It would seem the Russians have completely exhausted their supply lines in many areas and have fled.

Been some intelligent tactics by the UA. Destroying bridges and supply lines behind the Russian front lines.

Weaken and demoralise the opponents before tackling them head on.

Will all this not push Mad Vlad closer to the nuclear option?

No.

I noticed this week that North Korea have reopened their supply routes to Russia and have sent millions of weapons to them.

They Wont run out of ammo, even if it’s dogshit North Korean stuff.

It won't happen, but I'd really like the UA to repel the Russian back to the border and then carry on going.

Been a few dissenters over the last few days. Hopefully the Russian military collapse has given them the impetus to get rid of the fucker, and there will a total withdrawal soon.
