Cordless vacuum

Featured Replies

Had a few different cordless vacs over the last couple of years, including a Vax and a Shark. They always seem great for the first few weeks, then they slowly start losing suction, no matter how often you clean the filters etc. Glad I kept good old reliable Henry in the shed. Can't beat that smug cunt.

Use the Henry for hoovering my Astro

cheap & cheerful

Currently got a Dyson. It's shit

Previously had a Gtech. That was shit too.

Best we've ever had was a Little Henry, but it ain't cordless so won't fit your brief

My mum has a GTech. That smug Leicester cunt in the advert showing us all just how light it is and how easy it is to clean, yadda, yadda, yadda.

Well tell my mum so it doesn’t become my job every time I call round.

GTECh are crap.

Shark are leading the way atm, corded ones are much superior to the battery ones as the batteries simply don't last for a proper vac..

Of course that depends if you are vacuuming properly (front to back side to side) or simply just nipping over.

Used a fair few, i'd say get a Shark or a Sebo if you want an upright, A Miele or a Henry if you want a cannister.

I had a Shark and it lasted 4 weeks as the build quality wasn't up to scratch for commercial use, the Sebo was 8 years old when I sold it on.. I've had the Henry since I moved out of my dad's 13 years ago.

If you got the the Henry, get a turbo brush and it's up there amongst the best.

Swanny - Expert in vacuuming carpets.

Bought a Dyson a while back. Cannot fault it at all

Some mixed reviews on here, my hover bank is still serving me well

We've got a Henry, its decent but it's a fuxker to move up and down stairs as were in a townhouse with 6 flights its taking ages to do a hoover and the stairs between living and dining rooms need to be done once a day so....

Looking at a cordless Shark - upright not handheld. Mrs reckons her Hinches group will be able to get a better price than on here. Knowing you bunch of.ladies, I think we can beat them.
