Whataboutery has reached outstanding levels on here 🤣

It's hilarious to read. Please keep it up.

It's just like Bolton v Wigan. 🤣🤣🤣

😂😂 do you think Tel aviv fans are coming over in tanks and armed with AKs and RPGs? Is that what they did in Amsterdam?

I don’t think I’ve read anything as ridiculous on this thread and that’s some statement. Did British clubs ever get banned in Europe because of the troubles in Northern Ireland?

I think they're too wide to get on the Channel Tunnel, they could probably get on the ferries though, but I reckon they'd be stopped by customs

Bolton V Wigan is one of the most policed games outside the prem. I’ll guarantee there were more arrests in the last 4 games between these two than there was in Tel Aviv last 4 games over here.

He’s outdone himself hasn’t he 🤣🤣

Very much struggling to get it

This isn’t fan on fan violence. It’s not the same as a derby game here in the slightest.

These are fans going out in groups to deliberately target people based on race.

If Liverpool fans started attacking Arabs everywhere they travelled in Europe, safety concerns would be raised. It’s not hard to grasp

Over the years on here there has been the odd comment about English fans getting worse treatment than others- in particular over the general ban a number of years ago.

I cannot remember a single post though, saying another club's should be banned for hooliganism. There may have been the odd comment, however it certainly isn't commonplace.

Strange then, how there is such incredible support for the ban on this particular team.

Not hiding their discrimination behind "hooliganism" whatsoever or course.

So you make it sound like it’s ok if folk are targeted for any other reason other than being Arab 😂😂 let’s not talk about outdoing yourself lad.

And you’re a nonce but we aren’t bothered about that at the moment. They’ve been playing in Europe for 30 odd years because of the troubles over there we’ve not had a problem before, they’ve been playing in European since Oct 7th, there were 60 arrests, many of them Ajax fans and less than Brum v Villa a couple of seasons back but for some reason they can’t police this. Keir Starmer doesn’t get much right but he did with this

How many times are you going to call me a kiddy fiddler? Is that the best you've got?

You embarrass yourself more and more, every single time you say it. It's the sort of thing, ironically, a child comes out when they've not got a proper comeback.

You, on the other hand, actually are a simpleton. You've proven this time and time and time again.

... And probably will do again when you reply to this. 🤣

Crazy how England (Britain) has spent the last 20 years bombing numerous Muslim countries but managed to play a World Cup in a Muslim country with no problems. Who’d of thunk it hey

It's easy to see why.

If you're not a simpleton.

Go on, explain it to a simpleton. Fans notorious for causing trouble around the world travelling to a Muslim country. Why was there no ban?

Not a chance.

Why would I help you to not embarrass yourself even more?

Wow - you don't think you've read anything as ridiculous on THIS thread? High praise indeed (although more likely hyperbole on your part) 😁

No, clearly I don't think they're going to come over armed. That's just silly. But I do think that any sensible police authority is going to take recent events into account. Whether you think it's ridiculous or not is a moot point. And it's guaranteeing the safety of the Tel Aviv fans I'm more concerned about. Especially if they come here with the intention of stirring up racial/political tensions with the known nutjobs that we've got over here.

PS - the 'troubles' in NI - horrific as they were, never reached anything like the seriousness of what we've just witnessed in Gaza. The British Government weren't (for example) being accused of genocide or using starvation as a means of coercion.

And remember - we didn't play in Ireland for at least a couple of decades after the violence at Lansdowne Rd. I'd argue that this is a similar (albeit not identical) scenario.

I thought the starvation point had been proved to be utter bollocks, because there was a hotdog van open

You'll find a hotdog van at Bolton v Wigan too. The similarities are startling.
