Yes. Same tactic as casino

Put first word in eg teams

No matter what’s correct or not (unless luckily massively close) put 5 new letters in eg point

You start to collect the correct letters even if not in the right place

If you use your correct letters again you’re narrowing down the possibility of uncovering more correct letters 

Does that make sense or have I explained it really badly?

or other letters with high frequency in, R S T L N and E were always the picks on Wheel Of Fortune , "slatern" probably kills at this game.

Yeah you’ll find whatever way suits you. Depends how your brain works I guess. My way seems to suit the bigger games with more moves better as I eliminate the letters that are not needed
