Well you need to know the full story? Was the guy armed? He had already been tasered and that wasn’t working  so he could have easily been shot if that was the case.

I honestly don't know what the crack in modern day France, Spain and Italy etc is, but I don't see the UK as having any thing in the way of a religious Identity anymore.

Would the police hold a meeting with the Bolton football fans?

Why would the police tug him when he returns? Surely if he committed a crime in Germany it’s for the Germans to sort.

Even if the suspect was thought to be armed? 
 

Anthony Grainger was shot dead by police on the same suspicions and the police kept their job. I bet his family wished he had been booted in the head instead

GMP, think armed police can use more force as they're carrying a weapon, not sure if a kicking and stamping on the head is reasonable force though.

Guy tries to get back up again having been kicked and stomped on, female police officer knees him in his back to keep him down after they forcibly had to put down the guy wearing black. 

IMO

Police are now in an untenable position where they can't do right for wrong, mix that into every situation being potentially life threatening. 

 

GMP have stated there was a fracas where police have been "punched to the floor" and one with a broken nose, be awfully ironic if that was through ever a boot to the head, or a stomp, we don't know yet, but takes some effort to break a nose, 

In that, where they have put 3 police to the floor and broken a nose, on armed police, do we know that they haven't tried to taken the firearms, which then presents itself as a possible terrorist situation. 

Now in that situation (someone trying to take your firearm in an airport), it becomes life or death. As much as I don't want to admit it, if someone had just attacked me, tried to steal a firearm, i'm making sure he's not getting back up again easily. 

As stated previously, hauled over hot coals due to the actions of a terrorist at a music concert as they "went for a break", and we have leeds last weekend with officers being put at risk with a volatile crowd. Even Wigan last week where a guy has stabbed another multiple times in front of Police, security and about 20+ people. 

Until we know the facts, it can be seen from both sides, however some won't even think about it the way I have done above.

I can’t believe it’s even a debate.

And I’ve a lot of sympathy with the police. But he’s overstepped here. The lad had a cyst on his brain as a result, could have been worse.

 The only saving grace is if the lad was armed. I very much doubt it though & think the police would have said if so.
