Whereas I thought it was a belter last year. Never seen so many pubs in such a small town. And we managed to dodge the police horses trying to get everyone back to the station and stay for hours afterwards. 

decent drinking town really away from the obvious pubs just off the train station

I pre-booked a cab for 5pm and was drinking in Rawtenstall by 20 past.

Got dry about 10pm

 

What's the process for ordering two tickets if both are ST holders?

for somewhere local it feels like it takes yonks, I can either do Bolton or Victoria  it’s like 1hour 30mins from leaving house

Scotland-bound TPE train from Piccadilly to Preston and across from there. Assume we’ll be playing Avanti bingo from Wigan on a similar route. 

not sure of any pub names in tod but the one nr the station was meant to read in accy

With train times, we can get a lot further in the same time and get back from a lot further away quicker.

might help if we played a bit better, then it won’t feel as much of a slog.

we need to be charging them double when they come to ours, as our place is like a palace compared to their leaky tent !

Brum at Blackburn same day, they have to change at Bolton. Bolton have to change at Blackburn & wait half an hour!
