well no, you wouldn't sign either ahead of Burstow because neither has done anything better than Burstow has in terms of goals, regardless of pace and power Burstow strikes me more as someone who will score with decent service, like Dalby, but with a bit more skill I'd be ok with them being our main two who we alternate between no issues if we don't sign him and take a punt on someone else but unless they're proven championship level forwards it's a punt regardless see Charlton with Olaofe and Apter

I can think of one other word that ends with those four letters be interested to know the other two you tried and were accepted
  10. mental thought Edwards was daft for leaving Boro when top, but presumed all the club were on the same page that it was with one eye on next season as was never going to save them as an aside the new manager played against us for Braga
  11. meanwhile, Kieron Dyer new boss at Southend
  12. I've always gone with the notion that he was on the payroll of extreme zionists and he's said he is one and now he's backing Russia who back Iran and host Hamas surely if you are pro isreal you should be anti russia it's all very murky regardless both extreme Zionists and Russia want chaos and division in the west, so he'll go where the money is, and help give it them cunt
  13. more accurate to say they made this happen

looks like he can't believe his luck as for Burstow would be happy to sign him as a back up preferably as a back up for Kenny but not anywhere near the £2M Hull might think they can get for him
  15. read the other day he wanted the Fulham job and then sign delap again would be surprised if he actually took a break that said the article said the stumbling block was an £8M release clause in his contract so would be surprised if he and Fulham think he could now just take the job and Ipswich would let it slide he was clear favourite the other day, now not even listed as a candidate on SKY Bet

  17. boxing day fixtures tend to attract big crowds anyway we had Sheff Weds recently bring 5k on a boxing day fixture, as did Derby there are plenty teams that could bring a full away end in the championship given, as pointed out, they like to keep fans travelling down to a minimum
  18. yep as said we've played Blackburn and Burnley on boxing day relatively recently I don't expect derbies but I don't expect away fans to have to make longer than average journeys looking back at boxing day fixtures, this century, furthest we've had to go is Sunderland, West brom, Carlisle, Lincoln, Boro coming to us Newcastle and Shrewsbury we've had loads of north west derbies with Liverpool, Everton, utd, Blackburn, Burnley and plenty with Yorkshire point is, the EFL want to keep boxing day as local as possible and don't mind "local" derbies they probably wouldn't go with Newcastle Sunderland, city utd, Liverpool Everton etc but our games v Blackburn, Burnley and Preston don't come close in terms of potential issues and there weren't any when we played them previously
  19. it's around this time I start to listen to this on repeat and convince myself we will win
  20. further to @Rival Son post about what fixtures the EFL do and don't want on Boxing Day, they always try to make them as close to each other as possible no chance we'll be playing anyone south of brum home or away
  21. turns out this was doing the rounds and debunked several years ago https://www.theguardian.com/environment/2022/feb/18/andy-burnham-says-clean-air-zone-critics-made-false-claims-about-wifes-interests
