Dirty, Horrible, Leeds
Worked hard today but limited quality on show. Leeds not much better. I thought Lowe and Hobbs played well, but the final ball from Williams, Buckley and Noone was shocking. We give the ball away rrally easily. Buckley is so lightweight and easily knocked off the ball. Magennis and Vela worked hard but offerred little threat and we have stopped scoring from set pieces. Their keeper was dodgy under any pressure as he tried to played it out from the back but we couldn't make it count. Mind numbingly cold.

Iles reporting PFA pulled out of funding wages
I'm no flag bearer for Marc Iles or the Bolton News, which is a shocking site full of adverts, stories from Twitter and (presumably) paid storeis promoting various local businesses, but the club can't win this one and have made a stupid decision.

Things your kids won't experience

Non League Chatter
Went to Chorley v Barrow. Great game. Despite dominating Chorley were 2 down at half time concedeing 2 Bolton type goals, the second a mix up between defender and keeper on the stroke of half time. Unlike us Chorley stormed back with 3 quick goals in the 2nd half and saw the game out comfortably. Suprised to see SJM and Tony Kelly walk past us to the Directors box. Kelly with notebook. Only player of any pedigree on the pitch was Luke Burgess 19 yr old attacking midgielder ex Everton currently at Wigan but on loan to Barrow. He scored and had a good touch but looked lightweight. They left 15 mins from the end but almost took them until full time to get out as loads of Whites stopping them for photos/chat.

This was Stu Holden's reply to LA's original tweet that now appears to have been deleted Out of touch comment from you. You are lucky to have a journalist like @MarcIles that cares so much about the club. “We” consists of more than just owners.. it’s about the players, fans, and everyone that has invested time, money and their lives towards the club. Sort it out

Killers
Parked outside Greenhalghs as always. 10 mins walk to ground. Said it was a tow zone but no traffic orders on lamp posts just made sure didn’t hassle any locals property. Left at end 10 mins walk back and dropping a mate off in Ladybridge at 23.25. No traffic whatsoever on CNR. Sat in ESL bar queues below huge. Pitch side sellers (all kids) had about 40 bottles in a rucksack and then left for 15 mins to go to refill. Not rocket science to resupply them pitchside. At £5 a pint could have bought Ronaldo. Great gig.

Any CEO or FD that can't predict that the company will be suffering a severe cash flow problem or worse in less that 6 months time, isn't doing their job properly. Shows how badly we were run towards the end of the previous administration. Not exclusively a football thing but a lot of it based on wishful thinking in football e.g. getting promotion or more funding from some rich benefactor.
