Ah right, teach me to read it properly! Saying that, our kid has had his nicked a few times and has been charged for it in the past.

'fraid they do charge you - I moved into a brand new property in Feb and it was ?20 or ?30 (I can't remember which) for the grey bin and all the others were free

I can't believe they are being so indiscreet - the insurance policy for the player would be invalid if they were injured in a game of 5-a-side. can't believe the clubs are condoning this...

Due to collect the grey bin tomorrow - if they do it will be the first time in 3 weeks. I live on a cul-de-sac and it's getting to be a nightmare to drive through to the car park round the back coz of all the bins in the way. Someone posted a copy of a letter of complaint they have sent to the local councillors. They replied but nothing has happened yet.

They definitely won't be allowed. I used to play 5-a-side with 2 lads who played pro at League 2 level - they certainly weren't allowed to so I'd be amazed if Premier League players are.

Sportsdirect.com @ St James' Park Stadium
Happened I just dreamt Reebok originating in Bolton then?!?!
-
Sportsdirect.com @ St James' Park Stadium
At least Reebok is synomynous with the area - I realise not all non-Bolton fans will know this. Also, it doesn't feel as bad when the stadium has always had the same name......changing the name of Burnden Park to the Reebok Stadium would have been worse than calling the new stadium the Reebok.

Car Leasing
The advertised quotes tend to be for 10k pa as it's the cheapest option but you can certainly get leases with more miles - I'd be looking to do 20k pa.

2 weeks without collection for me too. The bin is full so I am having to distribute the bin bags amongst the other 3 bins that I have for bottles, garden waste and paper. I shall then have to fill the f*cker as soon as they empty. Cunts

Haye V Valuyev
I think Haye has the ability to beat Valuev but it's going to be a very interesting fight. Anyone who thinks Valuev will be too slow to land a punch has never seen him fight. He has a quick left jab that is pretty brutal and throws as many punches in the 12th round as he does in the 1st - I mean that in a good way!! For someone his size he doesn't have a punch to match, if he did there wouldn't be anyone on the planet to touch him. His KO percentage isn't high and he grinds opponents down with his jab and by leaning on them. His technical ability has improved in recent bouts but let's get it right, he isn't a top drawer world champion. Holyfield did enough to get a verdict out of the fight and he is light years from his peak. I think if Haye adopts the same tactics as Holyfield, getting in close and landing 2 or 3 punches then getting out, he'll win comfortably on points as i think he'll hurt Valuev and tire him more than Holyfield did. My worry is that he will try and knock him out and expose his fragile chin. Can't wait for the fight though, one of the most intriguing of recent times.

Mustapha Riga
Whether Vaz Te is good enough is certainly questionable but has he really been given far too much time? Under Allardyce he was restricted to sub appearances, which, you rightly say, are hard to show your talent in. The one time he got an extended run in the team, up front, was at the end of the season before we signed Anelka. As I remember he scored 4 in 5 or something similar and looked good. Hasn't he been injured pretty much ever since? I doubt we will ever see Vaz Te being a success at Bolton but I think it is a series if unfortunate events rather than a lack of ability.

Car Leasing
Where did you get that from? Did you have to put a sizeable deposit down or is that just fixed monthly payments? The deal I saw on the Jag XF at ?500ish a month wanted 6 months deposit, so ?3k up front.

No probs

I did the opposite swap - no practicality issues for me and I think the drive of the TT is far better. Much lower to the road and far lighter. A4 is still belting though

Obviously

I've got a new TT - the backseats are an absolute waste of time so if you have kids it's a no go.

Car Leasing
On one of those links it's offering a Jaguar XF 3.0d for just over ?500 a month - limited to 10k per annum mind. Belting deal nonetheless! For ?300ish I've seen 3 series BMWs, Audi TT, top of the range A3s...

Haye V Valuyev
Haye on points. Imagine if he managed to knock him out and even just put him down - would be a classic highlights moment!!

Car Leasing
Didn't intend causing an argument! Cheers for the links guys. The only reason I'm looking at leasing a car is because I might be leaving a job where I get a company car and a lot of firms are quite restrictive with the manufacturers that you can choose from for a company car. I don't have ?30-?50k to spend on a new one (and wouldn't anyway) but I could afford ?600-?800 a month on leasing. If that deal on an M3 at ?555 plus VAT exists still I'll be a very happy man!!

Car Leasing
Really? See, I've never understood why someone would buy a car brand new unless they have shitloads of cash piled up somewhere. Many people use finance to buy a new car and when they have paid it off they then part ex their old car and carry on with similar repayments but with a better car. Taking the leasing/personal contract hire option is much cheaper: A ?20k car bought by someone using a 5 year finance deal, if interest free (which is definitely a best case scenario!), would cost ?333 a month. Let's say the car is worth ?5k after the 5 year period - they can then put this towards their next car. A ?20k car through leasing/personal contract hire over 5 years would take the list price, ?20k in this example, and the deduct the residual value, again in this example it's ?5k and the customer pays the difference - ?250 a month. At the end of the 5 years you either purchase the car or give it back and start again. We're one of the few countries who actually operate our car market as we do.

Does anyone know of a leasing firm that specialises in performance cars - such as M3s, Lotus Exige etc.?
