  1. Vivid imagination you've got there. I've not heard anyone calling for Coyle's head. Stoke are way better than us. They dicked us at Wembley. Same at the Brittania (and that was with Holden). At home we had a last minute winner after being bossed for practically the whole game. I take it you didn't go to Fulham last season. I did, and saw us taken apart by an ordinary team, but one which did the basics right. Get your head out of the sand and admit that we have serious problems that need to be addressed. Do you think we'll get something from Liverpool and Chelsea like Stoke did? I notice you've avoided answering that one.
  2. Take it you didn't hear about Wembley. Or see them beating Liverpool today. Or drawing with Chelsea. Things we won't be doing. Or having more money, better players and a manager who can do tactics. Feel free to argue those points, or continue spouting infantile abuse. Your choice.
  3. Positive. Having a manager who knows how to set up a midfield helps.
  4. Stoke are way better than us.

Agree with most of that, but rushing Holden back before he's ready is asking for disaster. And I don't think Alonso will be allowed to play on crutches.
  6. I remember that. Did a computing course there and they gave us the guided tour. It looked like a remedial unit.

  8. Was this the picture? I can't find the original forum it was on.

  10. It's John Terry's mum I'd be worried about.
  11. Dyslexics of the World untie.
  12. He's doing his coaching badges so possibly.
  13. And I'd still expect him to score against us.
  14. He's a DMB too. Not good.
  15. Maybe you were unlucky and she wants a bastard.
  16. That's because he's talking bollocks. It was Feb 2006. If he's right there would have been only 5,000 Bolton fans there. We gave them the whole of the South Stand, and there may have been some in other areas, but nothing like the numbers he's talking about. There were 24,000 on in the replay, or to put it another way, 10,000 empty seats at West Ham.
  17. I've never met you Jazza, and probably never will, but you come across on here as a decent hard working chap, who actually likes women. I lot of men don't, even they need them. Just be yourself. She'll be as nervous as you are, and she's meeting you in a public place, because it's a sensible thing for a girl to do, not because she thinks you might be a psycho. From what I've read, you've been through the wringer with your ex, but you've put yourself out there again and that takes bottle. Give yourself a pat on the back and enjoy meeting someone new, however it ends up.
  18. Very good.
  19. And another 10% as there's less of him now, than there was.
  20. Actress. Allegedly.
  21. Another way of saying 'Agreed'. Just more pompous. Damn. Beaten to it by Diddles.

Proof that not all rioters came from scrote families. I like the bit about him stealing three shoes. http://www.theboltonnews.co.uk/news/9204654.Walkden_riot_teenager_jailed/?ref=rss
  23. Being killed by a polar bear is cooler.
  24. The snooker club part of it is still open, and does decent pub grub.
  25. Fair point, if you're saying that the letter of the law should be enforced, but you're into complicated territory. There are 15 year olds mature enough to handle a sexual relationship and 17 year olds who aren't. Sixteen is an arbitrary figure. Legislation on the age of consent differs widely across Europe with many jurisdictions taking all factors into account, not just the age of the victim. The CPS seem to interpret the law here that way too, even though, strictly speaking, they have no remit to do so. You can argue it either way. What purpose does putting a 17 year old lad into borstal for a couple of years do, apart from teaching him to be a criminal? Then again, they don't always get it right. One of the most troubling aspects of the Ian Huntley case, was that he'd been involved in several relationships with underage girls across the country, but never been prosecuted because the parents didn't press for it. We all know how that ended up.
