Thought we were pretty poor tonight. Obviously playing with 10 men for so long made it more difficult. None of the defenders or goalkeeper had decent games. Midfield didn't really offer anything. Same goes for the attacking players. Warren might improve as he showed glimpses a couple times. Mendes Gomes was slightly better but didn't do enough to be considered for a starting position at the weekend. Lawrence probably needs to go out on loan. McAtee was shit and offered nothing. Subs improved us near the end. Gale and Duberry are going to be exciting players this season.

Excellent performance and result. Every single player had a good game. I thought Conway, Duberry, Simons and Burstow were excellent. That second goal was something we haven't seen in a few years. Great stuff. Come On You Whites!!!

Thought we played quite well especially in the first half. Some decent chances for us. Simons and Conway hitting the woodwork. Cogley really should've scored from the corner. Both the new wingers forced decent saves from their keeper. The two goals we gave away were poor defending imo. Decent performance at times but awful result.

That's the team I'm expecting today.

I think he's had more than two injuries tbh. When he first signed he struggled with some muscle injury and missed a lot of games. Then he did his back. Then his hamstring. Then his knee. I like him btw.

Decent performance against a team from championship. Really like the look of both the new wingers. Could be big players for us this season. Looking forward to the new season starting now.

For a club in their countries capital they don't really have a huge support. Averaged less than us by a few thousand last season.

Only Kelman has played in League 1 and I think he'd cost more than a million. So that leaves the other two proven strikers you mention who are totally unproven at our level.

Collins has been a decent player for us but I'm not too arsed if we sell him. He could produce something out of nothing every so often but also went missing at times and offered nothing. As long as we replace him with a player Schumacher thinks will offer more to the team and the way he wants us to play I'm fine with Collins or anyone else being sold.
