  1. Thanks Yorkshire for the info, been bramall Lane a few times but not for a few years so the pub recommendations has come in handy
  2. Hutch replied to Ratwhite's topic in Terrace Talk
    Clough agreed terms now
  3. Top class for the manager to give a shout out to pud We are lucky to support such a great club Well done also to carl and tk/sjm with the port vale walk
  4. Expect it to be pay on the day too as they will be desperate for the corn Reckon you can get 800 in blocks e1 & e2 Really looking forward to this now
  5. Confirmed as 3pm sat game on FA website
  6. Sold out their allocation of 4,300 That is a top class turnout Should be close to 18/19k crowd
  7. Would love us to bring Jutkiewicz in from Burnley Think he would fit in Parkys system being a strong target man Knows the club and won't get many games in the Premier, although he did start in the league cup at Accy the other night
  8. Still think it will be a Chris Wilder/Michael Appleton rather than Deano
  9. Cheers Con Reckon we will be top dogs in the away following next year as we should beat Sheffs 1,600 Reckon we will take 4 thou to Bury, Rochdale, Oldham 2,500 to Sheff, Bradford Perhaps 1,800 or so to Shrewsbury, Chesterfield And a few hundred to Southend Don't forget, many of the youth weren't even born the last time we were in the 3rd division and there will be the novelty factor for many Can't fcukin wait
  10. Very interesting that table Con Where can I find it? Would be interested to see Championship table too. Thank you
  11. Think we will surprise you I expect us to have the best away following of any club in then bottom two divisions I remember the 80's and am looking forward to this. I would expect the youth are too Bring it fcukin on
  12. Biggest youth following out of all the four English divisions
  13. Seen the goals on sky Like keystone cops Fcukin hell, that was dreadful Fair play to our away support.... 700+ is impressive
  14. Rip, very sad
  15. Get fcukin in
  16. Just looked at mk dons and Rotherham fixtures We are back in this now We meet them both soon at home. Need to make sure the mk dons and Rotherham games are £5 games for adults and kids and try and fill it so we have a great turnout. Crucial. We can be 12th man
  17. Wheaten mom. Feeney pllayed well, just that Maxine/cough didn't read his crosses Holding played well too, steady overall Fans were top class, was expecting lots of negativity but crowd were really behind the lads Just watched it back on sky tv, wtf we advertising Christmas Day meals at the whites hotel for? It's embarrassing, with it being on national tv did no fcuker realise it's the 28th December
  18. Keep focusing on the kids, it has worked well so far I would push marketing at 2 specific games until end of season First one would be all season ticket holders can bring additional fans for £1, max 4 tickets (subject to availability). Free transfer for ST holders around the ground so all the group can sit together Second one would be a free ticket and coach transport. I would hire 200 coaches for primary schools in Bolton and give 50 tickets per coach for kids/parents. 10,000 tickets with no revenue, maybe even a 20000 cost but sometimes you have to go to extremes to bring future customers in I would also target schools in Leigh and Chorley with free tickets
  19. I think 7.45 kick offs would attract more fans than the 8 o'clockers, especially those with kids on a school night
  20. Hutch replied to scallywell's topic in Terrace Talk
Not for me Convinced Al Shearer will be our next manager
  21. In, love wolves games Bolton v's Wolves is like Man U v's Liverpool Loads of history, lots of rivalry, bring it in on Unknown fact: the film ID was based on Wolves mob even though it was filmed in west ham/millwall territory
  22. Bang out of order, i've booked non refundable train tickets They really do treat fans like shit
  23. It wouldn't be as bad if they stayed static and changed every minute or so It's frustrating when 'nationwide franking sense' is moving from right to left, it is difficult to watch the match without focusing on the flashing lights I've noticed them more this winter because it is darker than in the spring for some reason
  24. Noticed it a few times this season but today was really bad Didn't know who had scored for the second The main advert was for bwfc vs forest £55 exec seats on a white background with red writing. This was behind both goals for a sizeable proportion of the match The ball is white, the advert is white....we can't see the play, it needs sorting
