Carol was very loud and a bit scary with short mousy blonde hair and I wouldn't say Nora was elderly, more middle aged with quite big hair and glasses. There was also Audrey who had darkish hair and glasses and was a bit older. I'm making the women of the BEN sound very attractive, not!!!
