I weigh 12 stone 8 lbs and have maintained this weight for years. Forget any fad diets. Simply eat and drink what you want during the day. After 6 pm don't eat any carbs. if you eat carb type foods late on they just sit on your stomach and turn to fat whilst your sleeping, as your not burning them off. Try it it does work. Plus you will sleep a lot better.

I used to work part time as a stage hand at the Hammersmith Odeon way back. Saw 10cc do a 20 min version of Art for Art Sake at the afternoon sound check, which was pretty amazing. (not with G&C). Been trying to find the triple album Consequences on vinyl for ages (lost my original). Sadly I don't think 10cc got the recognition they deserved. They made some great albums. They where the first band to open a recording studio outside of London (Strawberry Studios). Don't think Iv'e seen a band since where all the members could sing the lead vocals on various tracks?. Worst - being fostered just before Christmas when I was six years old. Didn't see my Mum for nearly a year, and Dad only visited me and my brother once a fortnight. After my parents got back together every Christmas was shit. Fighting ,arguing, (all year round not just at Christmas). I think Dad went out of his way especially to ruin Christmas every year. Best - Being with my then girlfriend's family on Christmas day when I was 17. First real traditional Christmas I'd had (and peaceful). Had some lovely one's since with Mrs Dancer. Where both very much looking forward to our holiday tomorrow.
