Started off with momentum from Sat, and then scored when they were on top - all augers really well. I’d assume going forwards that Dempsey would be the one to add when we rest/protect Lee. On midfield I thought the central 2 were great - MJ really stepping up getting in faces and good “dark arts” the last couple of games is v welcomed. Defence defo doesn’t crumble as much with Jones in and Trafford at the back. We’re just not as panicky, even though we still have dodgy moments. Good job keeper wasn’t a priority eh @Casino 🐸 ☕️ 🤣🤣

Sensational day and result. Purpose, pace, spirit - we had everything they didn’t. Mr Evatt doesn’t half do good January business (he was also v nice to my 6 year old when we bumped into him after too 👍🏻) Final third interplay was superb for me. Hard to pick out players as all were great but MJ, Fossey, Dapo and Charles were class. Dion is gonna be a cult hero no doubt. And a special word for Trafford; had nob all to do and then made a superb save; loved his shithousing too I think I need a lie down!

Mental health issues are really prevalent in my line of work, so I retain a psychologist who does mindfulness stuff and a lot on 1 to 1’s. It’s really good but often diagnosis is needed. Not long ago one of our girls self diagnosed that she thought the reason she was struggling with certain things was that she had ADHD (we had a neurodiversity specialist in which is where she learnt about it). So anyway she goes to the docs and apparently the doctor told her the waiting list to get diagnosed properly and “in the system” is years, and just offered her some form of speed type meds instead and told her she was depressed. She got the feeling that the doc was that busy she just wanted to tick a box and send her on her way. I’m glad there seem to be many on here that appear to have had a better experience with medical professionals on MH matters 👍🏻

Great day. Not a brilliant match but what an ending. Bodies everywhere. Thought Fossey was MoM myself, I like his directness & the fact he’s always on his toes not heels so he seems to win a lot of 2nd balls. I’ve no issue with Doyle but Charles will give us so much more. Love the way he rats about and doesn’t give them a break at all Another clean sheet as well; glad Evatt realised a new keeper actually was a priority 😀 Was really odd walking back to town after; like a ghost town. I may have took a wrong turning as it took me 6,000 steps to get back to the Post Office boozer in the centre 🤣

Yep very very subdued given the numbers I took a colleague as a guest today and as a neutral he remarked how good the Bolton fans were and how quiet they were We’ve lost to worse sides than Ipswich, so very satisfying that; particularly the fact we didn’t concede in the first half hour when we were second best and 55 to about 65/60 mins, and the way we protected the lead. Hapyp feeling tonight. Forgot how good it felt 🙂
