In fairness though, this came on the back of being at Wembley for what seemed like every other year.... Not an excuse but the novelty value wasnt there.
With it being a while, a number of fans wouldnt have been at all, and even fewer to the "New Wembley".
This time round it feels like Bristol City
If the glazers had opportunity to sell 3000 tickets at away prices guaranteeing selling them all they would do. I guess it was a buy them all option with no returns if we took the full allocation. Given the price I can understand the club taking just the 1500. I am suprised we have sold out so soon myself
Police could well be saying to the FA that its going to cost something daft like ?3 million to police, in OT and draft in from other forces, eating into the FA's profits thus meaning its financially benefical to move the game
I am not a season ticket holder, nor been to a game this season... I will be fuming if I miss out on this match and will only be blaming the ticket office for yet another F*** Up
IMO...Nolan was and is still one of the best goal scoring midfielders in the Premierleague. Playing in advance of your "all round" midfielder just behind the front one/two.
It seemed to me in Sam's last year and subsequently under Lee/Megson that they tried to get more out of him (Sam did this with JJ too ), playing a little deeper and more box to box. His game just didnt live up to the previous set standards.
I personally thought his celebration wasnt "muted" on Saturday and was a little dissapointed, although I guess this is just the modern day footballer and he is entitled to do anything he wants
No wanderers No Cry and the owners getting worried they had a BNP convention taking place when "White Army" started up in between the bob marley lookalike song set.
back on topic... If you true Bolton fans are kicking us out of towners out of your club, do I get to claim all those Premiership titles without being called a glory hunter??? If so...."oh wanky wanky"
Depending on your transfer profit/loss....1/2 million from that sort of turnover is nothing considering some of the losses in the game. Seems like Bill is doing a stirling job considering the state of your ground and the fact you will not be maximising your corporate revenues due to it. Plus the fact he has stuck with Moyes on your biannual downward season previously when other chairmen would have got an ichy trigger finger (even after your alternative upward season)....
Same for me Pato, would probably have been easier growing up and sticking with my "local" team rather than my dads team but would have missed out on some family esq experiences with the whites (Bar in Nice ), where it seemed you knew everyone who went
Hearing "Mark Came for England" and thinking he must have a chance of a call up if people are singing that
