Went when Wildschut came off the bench to score the winner. Had a drink in town centre and they put football buses on. Daughter lives in London so meeting up to go to this one.

I used to live in Liscard Street in Atherton in the 70’s. The school I went to St Richard’s kids either supported BWFC or United. I saw Frankie Worthington and my love for BWFC began.

Problem is we never got the ball forward or many crosses in the box to ask questions of the Barnsley defence on Saturday. The time we got a cross in we scored. RW doesn’t take defenders on he should be getting to the bye line to get the crosses in instead he came back inside then passed the ball square to someone else. For me DJ is better going forward and getting the crossed in.

Is a credit for each away game attended mate ?

I’ve been to 13 aways 14 if you include Wembley this season including the long trips to Plymouth,Exeter,FGR,Charlton,Bristol Rovers and Ipswich. Does that make me a better supporter than anyone else I don’t think it does. My mate has away ST but 1 I don’t/can’t go to all the away games and 2 I can’t afford an away ST to go with the home one I have. My daughter lives in London so have done the games down south with her. She doesn’t have a ST so use a mates CRN to get her a ticket. I know a mate who is a Sheff Weds fan and he has no problems getting away tickets with their system in place. He hasn’t missed a home or away game since mid 90’s. I’ve managed to get away tickets for everyone I wanted to go to except Accrington away in SF Papa John’s. It’s a difficult one to keep everyone happy.

Mrs got offered 2 corporate tickets from her work for the home leg and asked if I wanted to go. Don’t normally join the prawn sandwich brigade as like sitting in my seat with my mates but will be making an exception for this.

Just arrived Bristol. Tried to get into Wellington but been told home fans only and to go to Sportsman 15 mins walk away.

Talking to mate of mine at the PL darts last night who is a massive Sheff Weds fan who has not missed an home and away since mid 90’s. He was telling me the home game before they played Forest Green Rovers on Sky the owner Chansiri allegedly went in the home dressing room and told all the players they wouldn’t be here next season. They all downed tools against FGR and their form had been patchy ever since. He doesn’t feel confident about the play offs. Lee Naylor got injured in training and May struggle to play. He also thinks Darren Moore will get the sack and go into admin if they don’t go up. Personally don’t think we should fear anyone in the playoffs.

Anyone know if Low Emission Zone has started in Bristol yet ? My car’s a diesel and have to pay in London.

Agree with the above. I think Kachunga has more than repaid us for that sending off. GK situation is crucial next season. If we go up we’ll have a good chance of Traf coming back. If not we need 2 decent GK for next season for sure.

What a day that was yesterday. Completed London Landmarks HM in the morning wearing my North Bolton Runners vest. So many people talking to me on the way around saying Come on you Whites and Come on the Wanderers was amazing. Finished about 1245pm then hotfooted/limped it to Wembley with my Mrs,her daughter and my daughter. Never thought it would be that easy but we totally outplayed Plymouth from start to finish. They couldn’t handle Dion and Kachunga up front and Rico had Hardie in his pocket all game. Just seen the tackles on Sheehan/Toal by Mayor/Cosgrove. Absolutely shocking and cowardice. 2 defo reds for me. 4 nil flattered Plymouth in the end. Mrs was crying (even though she’s not a football fan) and both daughters were crying. Even I was welling up in the end. 4 years ago today we were playing HMRC away just to stay in existence now we’ve taken 34k to Wembley and won the EFL Trophy. Just need to get that play off place secured and we can beat anyone on our day in the playoffs. Confidence will be Sky high. Looking forward to Exeter away on Friday.
