This little rascal, which I was playing with last week, can carry a 5kg payload/warhead over 100km, it's potentially small enough and fast enough to avoid radar detection - perfect for targeted strikes on buildings or vehicles. It falls in to the "loitering munitions drones" segment - or "one way" drones if you will, they fly to where they need to be, and then park up (or hover around) until they're needed, and then basically crash into what they want to This would cost less than $5000 to build (minus cost of whatever it's carrying) - as @Dimronsays, it's cheap as chips, and costs a lot of money to get rid of (if they can see it).
