I think it's 6 from the previous match day squad.

You just have to have 4 outfield players that have either:

 - played 40 senior games in career

 - started previous or next game (so you can make 10 changes if 4 of them stay in the team)

 - any player in top 10 for total appearances this season 

 - currently on loan from a Cat 1 Academy club
