Are you for real?

The Garda (ie the police) have said it's not terrorism

It's not a Bobby on the beat

It's the National Police and the head of that

Go to bed

Jeez.

I think it's terrorism and can be classed as that.

You don't.

Let's shake hands and move on 🤝🏻

Read all the terrorism acts you like. Once you've done that,  you'll find out that what happened in Dublin could easily described as a terrorist attack.

What makes you think it wasn't?

Because a police man said so?

Again you ignore my questions about Liverpool and Manchester

I've already said I've no reason to doubt the Garda version

You do, and the best you could offer is the definition of what terrorism is in the UK, and when I further asked about why isn't applied to events in this city you offer nothing

And Dublin isn't part of the UK

You really are making an arse of yourself

Why isn't it terrorism?

Because the Garda who know a bit more about than you have said not

We've been over this

Unless you can provide any factual evidence, and not definitions from a nation that isn't relevant, I'll assume you're talking bollocks

The real issue in this case is not terrorism but significant numbers of people - but typically young men -arriving in a society as asylum seekers/refugees, with practically no information as to their history, their intentions, the cultural norms of the societies they left, whether they have any mental heath challenges, etc.

The killing of Emily Jones was committed by a woman who had lied on her asylum application in order to obtain a residency permit, i.e. she had no right to be in the country

Never said I know everything. Just an opinion that he's always quick to downplay terrorism.

Not sure what the university of life is ment to mean.

I make outdoor / indoor equipment for schools. Stages, mud kitchens, planters, sand pits etc. All custom made.

In which case, why keep bringing up someone else's profession? If you were an Ambassador or a Professor of Politics or something I could understand it, but your job also has fuck all to do with anything being discussed.

No.

A woman who was clearly fucking deranged did it. A few argued that she was of foreign extraction so it should never have happened, and possibly so.

But I’d be willing to bet the same NHS workers that tried to save her would have included foreigners here to prop up the staff numbers.

Still makes me sick to the stomach thinking about that poor girl.

If she wasn't here would a mental boltoner stabbed her?

Was she mental because she was seeking a better life and realised it's shite in Bolton?

Possibly.

Maybe because grown men appear "disturbed" that anyone with a different viewpoint to them is brainwashing kids.

It's all a bit weird really...

Mentioned it about 3 times in 8 years 👍🏻

What makes you think that a person holding a higher positioned title gives them the opportunity to say what they want and others not?

MickyD asked what I did, so I told him.

Anyone and everyone can say what they want. Free speech innit. Just find it odd that you'd mention someone's profession, as though it's relevant.

Take it up with the Garda

And let us know how you get on

You keep on asking the wrong person despite numerous attempts to tell you otherwise

Yeah? They could tell me why one isn't a terrorist attack and the others are?

Or maybe you could tell me if you know?

There'd have to be a political or ideological aim for the violence in order for it to be recognised as terrorism

At least at this stage, there's no clear indication that's the case

This is true.

I suppose folk have different ideas as to what constitutes an act of terror.

As you point out; the issue is bigger than this one incident, and whatever label it does or doesn't get is moot.

Whatever the motive here, people are getting a touch pissed off all over Europe and beyond.

I don't fucking know

Get that into your warped brain

You keep asking for examples yet provide UK examples to justify what is happening in Dublin, not a UK city

Warped brain?

Fuck off.

I keep asking for examples?

You asked for examples I gave you them. Then you asked for Irish ones.

Bellend.

Bellend.

We were talking about Dublin

You could only bring up UK examples

They're not comparable in the point you were struggling to make

I'd respond by calling you a bellend but that would be harsh on bellends
