Drop your one in form player. I hope it’s fitness related rather than just fucking about with the team.

Whoops... COYW 😬

Good lad 👏. Hope they get a win for you

Ok apart from it should be Matete not Lolos, (and Southwood not Arfield on bench).  But then again Evatt is too stubborn to play 3 midfielders.

Or Matete instead of Tomo.

God knows who's supposed to make a tackle other than the 3 CBs, our flimsy team has just got flimsier.

Matete?

Yes that surprises me. He’s on the bench, so not that injured.

I hate to say it but I think he’s going back to that box midfield with Lolos and Mcatee In front of Morley and Tommo

100%

If Matete isn’t injured (like you say, shouldn’t be on the bench if he is) then the obvious 3 man midfield is having him instead of Lolos.

Sticking him on the bench for Morley and keeping Lolos in points to carrying on with this fucking stupid ‘box’ midfield.

Give it up Evatt and admit you were wrong!

Would have played Tutu instead of Williams!

Hope Morley doesn't get broken too badly again, must be horrible being called back by the same muppet who thought he was surplus to requirements only for a real manager to get so much out of him.

Up the box midfield, block pressure whites.

Wooooah Aaron Morley. Oooo Ah.

It's three midfielders and two forwards. I'll take it.

Defend properly and take your chances. Them two up top for me is the best partnership. Mcatee getting a bit of unfair stick IMO considering he's the one who's been mainly having to play as the attacking midfielder and dropping deeper. Forrester deserves his place over Jones.

We can rotate the midfielders now to keep them fresher.

I’m ok with Williams at RWB, especially as Tutu is still not 100%

He asked to leave after not being guaranteed first team football after being shite last season.

He's gone and played, got better by all accounts, and is now back ready to contribute.

If he'd had have stayed he'd have rotted on the bench and been even more moody and shite.

Same as above.

Hopefully, we'll pull off a good result, but the lack of bite in midfield is a worry.

If we have to have 5 at the back, then 3 proper midfielders please.

Wouldn't mind if we played one striker and Lolos slightly behind, and 3 midfielders as well.

May get away with it at home, but away?

I suppose if it doesn't work, then Evatt can justify dropping Morley, Lolos or whoever for the next game.

What is Evatt's problem with playing 3 actual midfielders...

Absolutely.

Just hope Evatt can keep him happy and contributing again.

Broken ? ...give it a rest. For whatever reason he wasn't playing well before he went to Wycombe. So let's not pretend he was fucking Steven Gerrard before he went out on loan. There is enough sticks to beat Evatt with, this isn't one.

The squad is full of good footballers playing crap after too much time with Ian and his system - it's not some independant fluke of chance that players look crap for us and suddenly have talent elsewhere, we've got a whole squadful who could 'go away and improve', and might even do it here if given the chance.

We were top three all last season and he couldn't break in to the team. Simple as that. He's gone away on loan , done well, back in the team. Jobs a goodun.

A ball playing central midfielder that's comfortable on the ball should thrive in a possession based system like ours tbf.

He had more options ahead of him at Wycombe though; 3 attacking mids and a big striker to ping it to if needed.

Dropping Matete is bewildering to me he's one of our most in form players. Hopefully it won't  come back to haunt us

Cogley needs some time out. He's been lucky to get away with some proper dodgy stuff these past couple of games

You're correct. I do think IE tried to make the lad something he isn't going to be though, which didn't help.

Hopefully, that won't be the case now.

Anyway, if he scores a last minute winner for us today, we'll take it.

(Assuming he's not been subbed by then)

Following the game on B.E.N today, what's the abusive message all about?

It's discussed elsewhere on here.

Some twat making a "twank" about someone murdering Evatt.
