Duberry reminds me of Shaun Wright Phillips , has plenty of trickery, works his bollocks off for the team and can be unplayable at times.....and scores his share of worldies

  • Anyone saying JDC was shit today are fucking loons.    Clean sheet. Got forward lots his energy is exceptional. His crossing ain’t great but we are a League One team our players are not perfect

  • Thought Cardiff looked a high level team at times, pressed us well and forced us to make rushed passes. But they were completely toothless. Not a single shot on target is just bizarre for a team that

He put it on Dalby's head for the equiliser at Huddersfield, so that's 7 (3 there, 2 today, one each at Orient and against Lincoln).

Sorry I didn't realise you were counting assists. The goals scored is the unbelievable bit for me (if you count Lincoln as his).

who made the interception in our half? They all looked knackered

Toal.

He continued his run too, which may have put the defenders in two minds, and left just enough space for ACD to line up the shot.

A brave thing to do.

Not sure I said you did.

Your turn.

Brave, that, not what i'd have gone with.

Worked out well 😁

Great results today, couldn't have asked for better with those above us losing plus the draw with Bradford and Stevenage

Forgetting games in hand for a moment, to be 7th and 3 points of the top shows how tight this league is and why we need consistency

Need to work on the goal difference as well

Big games incoming in November

Aye.

Though I wouldn't have started with the team we finished with neither.

Bit like the last game.

Benefits of subs well used?

What a fantastic day for us, results were equally as good too.

One thing is for sure, nobody is running away from it.

Cardiff were good on the ball, but the way Schuey set us up turned out very well. Solid defensively, to limit them to 0 shots on our goal, 4 shots in total to our 17.

And this isn't the first time. The stats have all indicated that teams have hardly had chances on our goals, much to the frustration when we have been conceding.

But I just feel that all the signs have been there from the 1st game and now we are getting the results we deserve.

It's a very very long way to go, but It's ours to win this season.

Some huge games in November to teams around us. Let's ave it.

Just realised you're looking at EFL trophy you nob

You didn't.

It is one of those bizarre stats that is totally meaningless though, given he had no opportunity to improve it.

If we didn't have a corner all season, it would be a meaningless stat, but would be unusual and get commented on.  If the keeper never, or hardly ever, makes a save, its OK to comment on it, it really doesn't have to be a criticism and not sure why it would be taken that way.

Talking of TSL, anyone still thinks he needs to be taken out of the firing line and given a rest because his confidence is shot and none of the defence have any faith in him? 😀

Another game, another no-save game!  The lack of saves this season really is bizarre.

Great handling and commanding his box today, and good distribution (we do pass to him too much though).

He was tidy today, dealt with some crosses and the odd free kick / corner well, good catches and a good punch off one. Sweeping up and distribution good too as you say.

Solid defending in front of him helped set the foundations for the late sucker punch

Small point i know after such an important win and great winning goal. But what's going on with the south stand away allocation. Seems wev'e done away with any home support in there. Re-today and Bradford. Why were Cardiff not given top tier and addiontal space in the lower tier.

I don't like it at all. The atmosphere was quiet today due to a number of factors: midday kick off, Cardiff's slow possession style of play, very few shots on target to get the crowd up (Cardiff fans too). But the wraparound crazy corner has been one of the things to combat this and get an atmosphere going. Seems like a step backwards on game day experience when everything else has been positive the last 4 years

Can't think of any reason why Cardiff fans were'nt on the top tier.

Vertigo?

Sat in our usual seats in the north lower today & lad next to me & bloke behind me both had strong Welsh accents.
After some looks from the usuals, they turned out to be big Wanderers fans from North Wales & hate Cardiff with a passion.
I chose not to join in with the national anthem out of respect but couldn’t stop myself from singing ‘sheepshagging bastards, you know what you are’ 😂

I think the only reason is just that they are always on the bottom tier.  It must be about a year since we put away fans up top.  Barnsley on Boxing Day the last?  Happy to be corrected.

Away fans being up in the gods sapped the atmosphere even more (and looked bad on TV with an empty end).

Crap game they edged it second half we won it that’s whats it’s about

Works harder, particularly if everything isn't quite on blob.
