I just found it hilarious that you thought millions of people were there 😄 And you’re spot on with the “ speech marks“. It achieves fuck all labelling someone far right, it’s a nonsense statement. I respect your reasons for attending mate, I’m sure they come from a good place & wanting the best for this country 👍 I will however always question how you can justify attending something organised by the likes of Tommy Robinson & Elon Musk. Alongside some of the other MAGA hat nut jobs & religious extremists invited to speak. I’d be curious to know how you think this movement will actually improve our society?

For a start, how will they all get in (unless there's a decades worth of yet another wet wipe government of the type we have now? You mean the last Tory government you supported?

So you think she made a lot of good points. Good enough to show everyone on a footy forum as if it was gospel. But now we’ve unpicked it you can’t tell me one thing she said you agree with. 😄👍

Not sure who “we are” but maybe you can tell me all the points that aren’t true.

Which points did she make that you agree with ? It’s really not fucking hard 😂 I’ve made it very clear why I disagreed with her points. Because they were all based on a massive generalisation from the very start. You watched it enough times to want to share on here. Why can’t you answer a simple question ? Maybe we just need to reshare the video … it has been a while Edited January 30Jan 30 by London Wanderer

You know liKe the types you see for Palestine?

There we go. You remembered a point. Well done. Thats the problem though, that myself & others have mentioned previously. Our government & the US sanction Iran & are massively critical of the regime. Nobody is defending it in our political system . Protest & political pressure would achieve very little. Unless people were demanding we invade & overthrow the regime. So why would folk on campuses or elsewhere protest about it ? Quite the opposite with Israel’s current extremist government. Political pressure in Europe & the US can put genuine pressure on Israel to work towards a two state solution. Two completely different conflicts & scenarios. Yet she tries to compare them, as well as making a huge generalisation about ‘the left’. Her points are shite. I remember them well. Anything else you think she said that was spot on ? So because we don’t sell weapons to Iran the professional protestors shouldn’t show outrage 😆 For once you’re right about something when you say it may achieve little, you know what else achieved little? Pro Palestine marches, in-fact they caused more divide throughout the country. But you’re talking about people who were protesting against Israel just hours after Oct 7th, the most backwards thing I have seen, this is the side you support. And let’s face it, it’s not just th woman in the tweet is it, it’s being spoke about worldwide. It always gets to a certain point in our discussions where you just start making stuff up 😄 It’s very odd. I’m sure many of the protests are a waste of time. They also rarely do a good job of shining a positive light on themselves. I believe Palestine should be allowed toto exist but I’d never go on a march because they’re full of morons. You don’t know their views on Iran though, & it’s bonkers to think they would protest I’m the same way & apply more pressure on a government already considering military intervention. I have no idea the impact the pro Palestine protests had. Hard to measure. But I do think wider pressure has resulted in many countries supporting a two state solution. And under a Democratic US gov, we could see them apply even more pressure on Israel. Ahhh that’s your evidence she was right - A Josh Hammer article - The same fella who supports illegal land grabs in the West Bank. Who’s a big Trump supporter & also came out & said Hamas are running Harvard 😂😂 No bias there then.

A ruthless despot is required in those places to keep the savages under control. A mistake to remove any of them as evidenced by the emergence of ISIS and others. In considering the situation in Iran however, I would say it's vastly different simply by assessing what came before this mob of theological thugs took over. Factor in the murder and mayhem the bastards have been responsible for financing around the globe and it's definitely a cancer which requires surgical removal. The sooner the better. The danger would be the remaining despots and revolutionary guards becoming armed militia and the returning government you refer to being unable to contain them... if we"re not careful we'll get sucked into another peace keeping operation where we become targets for both sides

'Probably'!!!??? In the book I refer to our anti-hero describes a one to one conversation he had with a middle aged Iraqi lady when on patrol in Basra. She told him life was hard under Saddam but as a university graduate, she had work designing road bridges, could put food on the table and her kids went to school. Since his removal she had no work, had to wear a hijab, went hungry and her eldest son was about to be recruited by the local armed militia leader.

January 31Jan 31 Looks like it's started. Explosions in Iran, and locals saying they have seen missiles.
