that betz guy suggests civil war like in the Balkans and Sarajevo where organised groups target infrastructure in what he called ethnic enclaves, blowing up petrol stations and cutting power

that's not happening

and the French and Irish guys who follow say the same thing, that's it's not going to happen

that it'll be civil unrest like we've seen so far may last longer with more dire consequences
