Well I can only go off my experience. And believe me they think they are gods gifts and don't think the everyday rules of society apply to them. If thats shiite in your experience then so be it.

The thing is I don't want to bring BWFC in a bad light, I really do love the Clu b (yesterday watching the match on telly were fantastic) but on the other hand, I'm just a fan wanting a few signings on a shirt etc...I went to the FA Cup vs Watford and were waiting outside the team coach, waiting for the players to come, and suddenly I saw Jussi on the coach and asked one of the staff if he could get Jussi to sign (he Jussi were just sitting watching the telly) but this guy said now he were on the coach Jussi refused to sign, I got 3-4 players the rest just wanted to go into the coach incl JJ, so were a bit put off after that..

thats because footballers are by and large an ignorant set of c??nts.

dont worry about putting them in a bad light, they try really hard at doing it themselves.

Danish, it might be easier if you sent your shirt over by post to one of us on here and I'm sure that anyone going to an upcoming Junior Whites event would gladly get it signed for you and give it back to you when you arrive here.

Traf, thanks for the offer, but it's not quite to same is it ? It's always been something I'd treasure when on pre season in Lyngby with 100's of BWFC lads and photos with Big Sam, Gudni etc, I'd much more prefer to get the players to sign myself but we'll see what happens..

So guys, the day came, my visit to Horwich, coming from Manchester I took off very early to be sure, I'd still have to possiblity to get to the training-ground, after a few photos of this great stadium from outside, I'd entered the reception, I asked if I'd could talk with Keeley regarding going to the training-ground, unfortunatly Keeley wasn't there and the lady in the reception called Hilary called up to ask someone about me coming from Denmark, but no way was it possible just to wait outsidfe she said, because of "security reasons", yes but I'll just wait outside to get the players to sign a few things I replied, no it's not possible she siad again, so I could travel back feeling that the Club doesn't really care at all...I'm thinking emailed the Club but then again they'll surely couldn't care less..

What do you guys think ?

Why is it so bloody difficult to get a few players to sign a card or a programme ?

Ignorant tossers, we the fans pay their wages weke in week out and they cant be arsed to sign a few autographs for thos poor guy

Out of order

Good luck in your quest Danish

while i agree it's sad, and i'd be willing to help danish in any way i can, it's not the players IN THIS INSTANCE

I blame the Promotions Department

My mate went down monday. Was all locked up and security said no chance of getting in because the club are fed up with people getting stuff signed and sticking em on EBay. More like the club are sick of people providing competition for their own auctions!!

FACT

thanks guys, for the support, it's surely ain't the supporters at this Club, because everyone I've met really is top notch..just send the Club an email regarding this, bet they don't give a toss !!!

you are a customer to them, a number, nomatter where you have travelled from.

ignorant w??nkers

write to sal allardyce directly, tell him your tale, how dissappointed you were, how they could not care a f??ck and that they should remember things like this when complaining about fans not turning up for cup games when they are treated with contempt.

you will get a reply from him.

ragging hell, in my day you could hang around on Burnden car park all you wanted or watch training on Bromwich Street before that.

BWFC Plc have turned into a right bunch of c??nts, and that is a fact.

ragging hell, in my day you could hang around on Burnden car park all you wanted or watch training on Bromwich Street before that.

Indeed. Then you could catch the players in Tracks looking at LPs.

I blame Amazon & Ebay.

In fact, I blame t'internet.

Wasn't there a post months back with his and gartsides email addresses, or was it a made up @bwfc.co.uk job :-k

FACT

The ebay excuse is genuine and applies for most clubs in the top couple of divisions.

We know people from the club read this site.

So surely someone form the club can see that treating someone like this is just plain ragging rude !!

this is nt about the players, i am not sure why people think it is, it is the club.

i can understand they are reluctant to just let people turn up and then the items appear on ebay, not sure why it bothers them so much, but at least i can see a point there.

but given the effort this guy put in surely the club would want to reward his effort.

there again maybe treating people like this will help increase attendances, build a better atmosphere and rapport with the fans.

With regard to the ebay thing, rather than just say "NO VISITORS" end of story - why not agree to do stuff that is unmarketable?

e.g. pose for a photograph, informal tour of the training ground etc

FFS, can the club not show at least a smidgen of imagination?

danish!

Fill in this form and let th'evenin news know how badly treatd by the club you feel and you never know they might be able to help you, or atleast it'll bring your situation to the knowledge of some bigwigs or PR bods at the club

My mum worked in the Promtions Department for over 30 years, I won't have a bad word said against them :D

If it wasn't for the Lifeline started by the Promotions Department we wouldn't be were we are today
