Saffron - Urmston - one to try for Traff. Where is Saffron? If you stand looking at Wetherspoons in the town centre, to the right there are 2 curry houses next door to each other. One big one, one small one. Saffron is the small one. Order your curry and then have a pint while they knock it up. I can also recommend the pizza shop opposite the Co-op a bit further up. Buy one get one free if you collect. Two 12 inch pizzas for ??6. mickbrown - fat bastard.

Ani
for a good curry and value you simply can not beat Asda curry pots. 2/3 minutes in the microwave, feed 2 easily for well under a tenner.

Guest as
Spice Island for this kid. I'm gonna try that Caribbean one soon, I can almost see the f*cker from my house & I've still never been. PB
jayjayoghani
Aye. The Caribbean place is worth a visit. For something a little different and the food is very good. An Asian bird in the takeaway part has one of the finest arses you'll ever see. Favourite curry house - Spice Valley. Always a good sign when you see Asians eating in there. Service/food fantastic. Bigtoe
I had a takeaway from the carribean place once a chicken curry, and ' riiiiice an peeeaaaas ' Was alreet in flavour, BUT, it was full of little bones as though the chef had basically just laid the chicken on the table and cleavered it and threw it int pot bones and all put me off going again which is a shame as the rest of the menu sounds good. nice girl behind the counter too. But it's seemingly how things are done. Had a veggie stew to get round that issue. 8-[
