The West Ham United performance was one of the worst I have ever seen.

 

Atmosphere was strange, very good in patches but then there would be 20 minute spells where not one song was sung.

 

Stewards were even worse than usual, they must have thrown 15-20 people out near me and not one had done anything sufficient. (One got hit by the steward when they were taking another person out, complained and got dragged out himself).

 

And the half time cheerleaders were very entertaining

 

All in all a good day and a good 3 points.

 

And I bet Chim or WHUJohn won't pay a visit for a while. MUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUGS.

Great result, Diouf and Anelka really tunred it on last 20 mins, but God Nolans passing was awfull, looks to be lacking confidence. At times I thought Anelka was giving him a look of disgust after wayward through balls

I assume you sit near me, East Lower near the screen. Yeah it's an absolute joke, I've had a few words said to me with stewards about standing up too much and giving 'abusive language' to other fans and players. What do they think it is, a cinema? I agree the level of stewarding is getting lower and lower everyweek. The guy thrown out of the south stand having been pushed by a steward was ridiculous. is tehre anyoen we can write too? surely the club cannot let them get away with it. they hunt in packs and then dissappear. spoiling the match day experience. i would not like to take my family (speaking in a future sense) to a game where you can see such heavy handed nonesense

Safety in numbers mefhinks, the 'snatch squad' was dispatched and made easy work of the bloke they assaulted, if we'd have all stood together they'd have been far more, ahem, tolerant.

i was sat right near that bloke when the orange warriors throw him out its a disgrace. me and the lads i were with are ringing the club tommorrow to complain. they even left his daughter on her own the fcuking muppets

No they aren't allowed to touch you, just use reasonable force, whatever that may be. I'd make a Police complaint if I was touched, the Police will investigate it and sh??t sticks, as they say.

Like I said, Police complaint, they will have to investigate and hopefully the evidence is there. Then it will have to go to the CPS.

 

EDIT: I'd also complain to the club's Health and Safety officer about the actions of stewards, then if anyone is injured then they and the chairman of the company are legally responsible.

I'm disgusted by that. If I were you lot who saw it I would lodge complaints with the police and the club. If enough people do it then they should listen. If they don't listen then you wont have lost anything. I was at the other side and didn't see it.

On a lighter note it was a fantastic win yesterday. West Ham didn't look dangerous at all. But I think we should have had more than 4. We missed some sitters and ithankfully it didn't matter. It all seems to be coming together with Anelka et al now. But we can wait and see what happens when we play someone who can defend.
