After Goal Music

this has been done before but....

was just watching the espanyol goals on Wanderers World and am still finding mightily embarrassed that they play I Feel Good when we score, it is a joke

Can we petition to get rid of it forever please?

i'd rather we had no music after the goals.

It's a bit to ice hockey for me, next we'll have a musical interlude everytime there's a break in play.

Spot on Frank . . . we should make enough noise on our own . . . get rid of the silly music I say, its embarrassing!

Got to agreee. We've had it for a few seasons now and I've never been comfortable with it. I've never felt good with I feel good.

Whilst we are getting rid of the music, can we please get rid of the two fat feckers with the flags - how embarrassing are they???

Very, very embarrassing

Got to agree, fcuk the flags and the music off pronto, they are really embarassing.

The two tw?ts with flags scream out "small time club" more than anything else, this is from a club that brought in the gayest badge ever to improve their image.

I couldn't agree more. The flags and the music are just plain embarrassing and that badge just makes me cringe. The tossers in the marketing department have got a lot to answer for. I bet not a single one of them has ever stood on the terraces at a proper football ground.

While we are getting rid of things can we also rid the rebels too

All too Americanised for my liking!

All too Americanised for my liking!

All too crap in general for my liking!

Zoe, word to the wise though, just don't get in till 2 seconds before KO. That's what I do to avoid the dancing children. It's all in the timing for both my entrance and their routines. I'd reckon mine's better!

Poll added to make it clear who wants want.

Get rid =D>

Can you add another? The Terrible Dancers.

And any grown man that votes for them to stay should have a good look at themselves!

It wouldn't be as bad if they were attractive 18+ girls but there's just something scarily sick and wrong with 14 yr old girls dancing half naked infront of 20k people!

Indeed, hence my quote:

or at least raise the age limit

Not aimed at Bolton, as I hate the match build up at Upton Park also.

Bin all of it, PAs before matches should play a few records and dedications, and that's it - give it a rest some 10 minutes before kick-off, and let the fans take over from there - no team needs piped music to add to anything every time they score, if a ground can't create after a goal then it's a lost cause.

And they don't need it beforehand either - all that 'You Will Sing At This Point' crap takes away all the build up to games that used to happen, natural animosities, spontaneous chants to and fro that wold last well into the first half, all drowned out by some predictable song blasted out at top volume by the PA.

Don't need it before the game, during a game, or as at cup finals after the game.

Lot of foreign players/managers mention the intensity of English football crowds across the Divisions, there's no way we need piped music and prompts from PA systems to keep it going - American crap.

thats always been a chucklesome moment for me, when the PA at upton starts pumping out Forever Blowing Bubbles

Never understood it myself.

Plus RV always plays that silly championes video followed by about 20 seconds of Guns N Roses. scrap the vid we're champions of fook all and play some proper rousing stuff over the PA. Stuff that gets everyone going.

what should we do instead?

no goal music (good for me)

no fat flagboys (also good for me)

but what prematch music would "get everone going"?

I quite like the prematch build up music we have now... has anyone else got anything beter?

Arse - meant to vote YES as I hate the bloody music - it makes us look like a bunch of amateurs, not helped by the fat guys.

Just let us cheer (hopefully) - goals are what we go to watch - we don't need prompting

get rid of the fireworks too!

get rid of the fireworks too!

?3 k a pop so I believe!

GET RID

Gartsides taking questions in the Evening News, maybe, "Can we get rid of the music after goals and the two fat fcukers?" will be a good one.
