The non-selection of Diouf in Lisbon was beyond me at the time and still is.

Had we not conceeded in the first leg , the team we had out would have held on for a 0-0, but a "first 11" wouldacouldashoulda seen us thru. I also thought we were unlucky to not win the first leg, we should have been 2 or 3 up by the time they scored.

Forget the name and history of the club, we are talking a team sat 5th in a poor Portuguese league. They have quality in Moutinho and Liedson especially but they've produced very sporadically this season. Ranger could whallop them.
