gutted!

Personally, I was getting fed up of forking out to go to borderline 3rd world countries & getting over charged for a drink & a cheese butty just because I am vastly richer than them.

Edited by no balls

Was thinking exactly the same.

Given the results we have had after Lisbon, we have been sold down the river.

We won't get a chance like that for a long time.

I personally won't forgive whoever made that decision.

Hang on this is Scotland we're talking about!

Nothing "borderline" about its 3rd world credentials

The tosser has been proved to be an even bigger tosser with the results we have had after his decision to concentrate on the league.

Utter w?nker

Rangers will piss on Sporting Lisbon - just like we should have done at home and especially away.

Fully agree. The issue is with him resting players who would have won us the tie in order for them to thump Wigan on the Sunday. Beforehand, I didn't have a problem with this strategy but since we have f?cked in two games against 10 men it has rightly p?ssed me off.

And suddenly since we lost in Lisbon a lot of the senior players (who didn't play)

have been playing up.

Any coincidince ?

Come to Bolton and play european football - is the selling pitch.

(when you get here, you will be rested !!)

The non-selection of Diouf in Lisbon was beyond me at the time and still is.

The lad hadn't played a game for two weeks and was itching to get a white shirt on again.

To save him for that shit heep of a pitch at Wigan, that Diouf was never going to be able to perform on, was a fcuking joke.

As Marple says, the Bolton players (privately for now) were totally pissed off with Megson's tactics ant team selection and that has been the linch pin for this awful run that will see us relegated.

This is where Megson lost any support I may have had for him. It was a BIG gamble and he lost. Had we won at Wigan and that proved to be a push onto safety then I would just have been able to forgive him, but not by much.

i wouldn't have forgiven him even if we won at wigan,

personally for bolton to get in the semi's of the uefa cup would have been something

amazing, the fainl its self dream land and if we could of won it well (insertwankingsmiley).

wining the f.a cup in my life time would be a dream come true, same with most bolton fans.

rangers in my eyes would have been the perfect draw

very winable, cheap and they would have brought a good few thousand

plus revenge

i dont give a flying fcuk about wining some ladyboy trophey in bangkok

i want to see us at least TRY for a decent cup

as a club i fear we no longer wish to compete, just exist.

it is very, very sad.......

Those clowns who dressed up as "Megson's Merry Men" in Madrid need a good shoeing.

Well I'm not fed up about by dago hooligan bastards masquerading as police officers in Madrid. I can happily miss out on that.

I am fed up with football this week. I have'nt gotten over our capitulation against Arsenal. Its been mentioned during the build up to tonights champions league meeting at every opportunity. Tomorrow of course it should be Rangers vs Bolton, with a full strength team.

Bring on the Villa, hopefully a win so we can put this week behind us. With Megson in charge can you see it?. As I think the players blame him for Lisbon & after Arsenal confidence is at rock bottom.

do you lot actually think we'd have beaten lisbon?

we were lucky to draw at home after they sussed us out

but granted, we'd have had more chance than with the team we fielded

Our "best XI" wouldn't have won that night either.

I agree. To be honest if the ginger prat had gone all guns blazing versus Lisbon with our best team then messed up against Wigan, all and sundry would be moaning about our premiership survival chances. Damned if you do, damned if you don't. Muppets a lot of people.

I cringed at the sight of them wandering around Playa Major on the afternoon of the game. What the f**k?!

Yeah I genuinely do. They were a poor side and were there for the taking. Had we not conceeded in the first leg , the team we had out would have held on for a 0-0, but a "first 11" wouldacouldashoulda seen us thru. I also thought we were unlucky to not win the first leg, we should have been 2 or 3 up by the time they scored.

Where are they now.

Surely such expense with the outfits and flag needs to be seen again, I fancy a good ruck at the last home game

Forget the name and history of the club, we are talking a team sat 5th in a poor Portuguese league. They have quality in Moutinho and Liedson especially but they've produced very sporadically this season. Ranger could whallop them.

From what I recall from Macedonia, I think you might've remembered him a bit better!

Totally agree.

The decision to field a reserve 11 in one of the biggest games in our history, the likes of which we may never see again was a complete and utter disgrace.

Those players who missed what should have been one of the biggest nights of their playing lives must be gutted.

Megson out.

Come back Big Sam.
