Pitch invasion before full time. Nob heads!!!!!

Should be a good day next season, iv heard (more than once) that it was a bit tasty in the 80's :pardon:

Stoke was always a good away trip. :spiteful:

Going there next year makes up a bit for not going to Blackpool.

pitch invasions look fun! Did some clown get on the pitch yesterday or did i dream that in a pissed up haze? Who knows...

Think i want hull to go up from the play offs, nice that wolves lost out on goal difference! :::::lol:::::

That draw puts Leicester down. That's Bruno in the third tier next season.

To think, he was playing UEFA Cup football with us three years ago!

nice that wolves lost out on goal difference! ::::::lol::::::

:yahoo:

Has my tv turned into a time machine or do folk from Stoke still wear burberry caps at a jaunty angle?

Stoke's very own shopping trolley AL.

That's true! Had some funny times at the old Victoria Ground and its surroundings. Still remember taking over a city centre pub in about 1980. About 6 Stoke lads barge in wearing red and white hooped terrorist type balaclavas. Stopped in their tracks by a barrage of pool balls, pint glasses, stools etc.

Had visions of em licking their wounds round the corner and saying woirds to the effect of "Right lads, cross that one off the list. We won't be fooking trying that one again"

When I have watched any Championship football this season, I have got the impression that the 3 teams going down from the Premiership next season are almost decided. Only 2 of the 3 going down this season admittedly, but Sunderland have spent a fortune on not much. So I don't think Megson has much to fear if he buys one or two good young attcking players.

Happened a few times that, plus those terrace houses right behind the away end, and getting lost round them getting back the van, and meeting some of the "friendly" locals

Had quite a number of 'dicey' encounters with our potteries friends over the years none more than in recent years when we drew 0-0 with Shilton ending up in goal and a group of 6 of us getting ambushed in the city centre and taking a few slaps! ::::lol::::

Then to go back in years to many scraps both home and away. I remember once stood on the open end at the Victoria Ground and we once again drew 0-0 with Nelly Whatmore playing. The noise their fans generated was unreal!

It wasn't 0 - 0, that penalty went in. Wasn't it 2 - 2?

Season before we went into prem 1st time was 1-1, than our last season in Div 1 we won 2-1.....remember Shilton being in goal though, and thinking, god this guy is slow

Slow; maybe, I guess he was allowed to be at 40 years old. He was all we had though near the end of the season. Was treated as a God at Stoke too.

True, but for their goal he was worst than slow motion..

I fućking hate Stoke with a passion, and it's full of ćunts

One of your failings is that SG. Always sitting on the fence.

Pitch Invasion my arse.

The best pitch invasion EVER.........Escape to Victory.......Animals Those Frogs in the 40's....

Went to the Brit last season with Gubbins, when they played PSV, its a bit like the Bok set up, one new pub, and another older alehouse in Herons Cross. Still got a big hoolie following. But the lads in the spoons in Wolves yesterday looked a lot harder.

just finished reading "naughty" by mark chester, i hope we don't play them at home 1st game of the season. (there are a couple of mentions of them being battered at bolton in the 70's ) i do remember the 1-1 game in 77 when worthington scored , frightening................
