Why Renew

Featured Replies

The wife was out last on a ladies evening and was talking to a friends, friend, someone in a financial capacity at the club who hinted no change in prices (a big PR campaign saying how good this is) and a cheap kids tickets.

What is the benefit of renewing, rather than a membership card, if the above is true.

ease and simplicity for me once i have my season ticket i have no need to bother with the ticket office apart fom maybe the odd cup game.

Ditto

C86 Jnr wants to go so we renew, end of.

As a full price paying adult, I fcuking detest cheap kids tickets. Why should I be paying ?39 for a seat when the 15 year old kid in ?100 trainers sat next to me has paid 49p? It just ain't happening, and to recoupe that ?39, BWFC are going to have to sell what, 75 kids tickets. It's nonsense.

well i thought that was obvious really isn't it. well for me it is seen as I'm a Bolton fans i want to watch Bolton in every game i can and cant do that without a ticket if this isn't true for you then why not go and season ticket share with the rest of the manc part-timer

If I don't renew, I won't go...won't pay upto ?38 per game but BWFC are a big part of my life

Got good seats with a decent set of lads round me

In a routine now, 14th ST year

Used to pay cash on the turnstiles for a few years at Burnden but I'm prefer the ST for the hassle factor. Doubt I would have attended the Derby Home game on Jan 2 if I didn't have a ST and even though it was freezing, could have missed out on the buzz when Stelios scored late on

In blood,i will never ever stop going, its a laugh, seeing mate's and getting pissed.

Till i die. :yahoo:

I think I'll be giving it a miss next season.

I'm disenchanted with the whole "Reebok Experience" and the club don't seem interested in me or the other 7,000 season ticket holders they've lost in the last 3 years.

You've all got Garty wrong....

That 15 year old with ?100 trainers will be the chair/bottle throwing youth in 4 or 5 years time

In 2013, no-one will fcuk with THE BOLTON =D>

Is there a 12 month old echo in here?

Still not convinced, lets forget all this bollocks of not being a proper fan if you do not have a ticket also, I've had one for nearly 25 years, but i do not get a loyalty points for being such a good fan, s awhats the point?

I would have thought the fact you have had a season ticket for all that time you should have some idea what the point is by now.

If you want one, get one. If you don't, don't...

But for what its worth, I would give fans who renew a loyalty discount, say a 2% discount per year for first 15 years

They are after 7000 kids who buy season tickets to watch Man Utd, Liverpool, Arsenal and Chelsea.......

I'm sorry, I don't understand your question.

Please elucidate.

I think I'll be giving it a miss next season.

I know its not as good as when we were at Burnden, but its still the BWFC that you followed as a kid and stood on the paddock singing yer heart out

in the rain. :good: We need loyal fans to keep going to make sure there will always be a BWFC so get a season ticket and get behind the boys. ;)

here we go again.. like most posters on here .. got a gripe (easy to moan) no reason why.. that is why we will be the worst supported team in the premership next year..

i know i'll watch every game in the pub..brilliant....

"fcuk'in ell grounds empty......

mine's a lager....

ok ....."

BWFC SHIT SUPPORTERS FACT...ITK.. JSL.. JCL.. ETC..

We were all excited when we stayed up.Supporters of Wolves,Birmingham,Leeds,Nottm Forest and Ipswich would happily swap places with us.

It will be expensive compared to Blackburn and Wigan who are both in the Premier League due to wealthy benefactors, but i think being in the Premier League is worth ?150 more than a Championship season ticket. It feels good to go through life with BWFC in the Premier League.

After all the hard work Allardyce did to get us established in the Premier League,we ought to be getting behind Megson rather than getting bored with it.Knowing Bolton we will have plenty of time outside the PL in the future, but lets support the club to try and make sure we stay here as long as possible.

The more supporters we have the better chance the club has of surviving.

I didn't say I wouldn't be going, did I?

The thread is entitled: "Why Renew?" It's about buying a Season Ticket. As I said: I'll be giving that a miss.

Well what can i say? After that post i need say nowt. :good: :hi:

I'm a lifelong fan (and that's a very long time).

ST reduces the hassle.

ST guarantees (well, usually) cup tickets & stuff.

But I'd agree there should be loyalty points per season to give a discount on ST prices. Wow, they'd be paying me to go !
