was in the company of mr nolan at the weekend and was very dissapointed to here him say that he may leave the club due to the abuse he and members of his family have been subject to this season. i will tell you this, he has the club at heart and loves it but unless these morons ease up then i think he will be gone, love him or hate him is it to much to ask to get behind him. dont say you were not warned

that would be heartbreaking.

NOLAN BASHING!, Hunt, Gartside, Davies, Pedersen, Megson etc. etc. etc. Many Bolton fans are a f(cking embarrassment. Sometimes I am ashamed to be a Bolton fan.

You can hear them shouting at the players while the match is on. The players can pretend that it isn't affecting them, but work it out for yourself.

This messageboard has got its fair share of boo boys. It's not half as bad writing it on a forum than booing at the match, but it still gets me down reading that kind of stuff on NegativeWays.com

I like it when everyone sings that "oh kevin nolan ooh aah" music-smiley-024.gif

I'm a big fan of Nolan. Not the quickest midfielder but works tirelessly, never gives up, is a great leader and loves the club.

If he left - we would have nobody left who wants the club to succeed as much as he does.

I tend not to post much on this section nowadays because the constant whining gets right up my f?cking nose.

I do sometimes think a lot of supporters don't deserve the premier league. We know the club and most of the players aren't perfect but for FAHUCKS sake when has whining EVER helped?

(Cue a storm of righteous piffle about getting them to reduce season tickets for kids blah blah cunting blah....)

Can't remember the opposition but the game when Nolan was substituted and sections of the crowd cheered when he went of was absolutly scandalous. I'm sure it's that game that Nolan remembers.

giving abuse to any bolton player while playing for us is unnaceptable as far as im concerned.

Agreed :good:

when we blew it against arsenal, twas nolan who came on the pitch in his sunday best at full time, in the rain and mud and tried to gee the players up

he got a grip of davies and all but dragged him off the pitch

nolan, more than any other player, drove us on through those last few games

Spot on.

It's no coincedence that without him we struggle to win games. With him in the side, we have much more about us

What that chap lacks (albeit only occasionally) in pure top level talent, he makes up for in commitment.

We'd bloody miss him if he went.

trouble is ,its the boo boys are the ones that seem to be heard when we are struggling

not nolans biggest fan

but there's nobody who more proud to play for bolton wanderers than him.he wears his heart on his sleeve,

personally don't think he should be captain.

great response from you guys, was telling him its only a minority and most would be gutted if he left, lad just needs to feel wanted and i for one dont think thats too much to ask or is it?

Been watching a few RMI games last season, and the 150+ fans, get behind and dont slag any player, it didnt work, uniglue next season.

Thing is guys, it's up to us proper fans to drown out the morons. That means on here &, more importantly, at the Reebok.

So, for starters, whovever comes on here & starts slagging this thread/topic, name & shame em. Create a sticky of Bolton slaggers, make a list of everyone who slags Nolan/the club off, we need to get rid of them, hound them out, kill off their fuel!

To all slaggers: yes you have the right to air your views, JUST GO & DO IT ELSEWHERE & DEFINITELY NOT AT THE BOK.

IT'S TIME THE QUIET MAJORITY MADE THEMSELVES HEARD ABOVE THE LOUD MOUTHED MORONIC MINORITY.

two sides to this

looks like he got some personal abuse off the pitch which isn't on really, more so, abuse at his family is out of order

i'm not one for booing when they're playing for us either

but

he was gash for the most part of the last two seasons, and as for feeling wanted, he gets paid enough

for the record, I hope he stays and returns to the form of 2004

yeah but he can always feel wanted and get paid enough elsewhere without the abuse just remember that.

Nolan doesn't get the credit he deserves. The two games I thought we were doomed were against Arsenal and Villa and am I wrong in thinking they are the two games he missed through suspension?

Have I missed something? Has Nolan been exposed as Jesus?

No, just exposed as a fairly important cog in the machine that is BWFC!

One of the main resons we stayed up was nolan being suspended for those 2 games and thus having chance to rest up and come back fit and rareing to go.

As many have said he truely wants BWFC to succeed.

:good:

I also feel he has improved immensley in front of the camera....

his interviews now are well executed and perfectly audible and only populated with a couple of errrrrm's....

bat on.

Heartbeat and spirit of the team, end of.

It's a shame you can't be in the company of Mr Nolan again next weekend, and tell him that for every single t@sser who abuses him and his family - there are another 100 who support Kev and appreciate his commitment to the club.
