Wonder if Gartside goes in for the ?700,000 he claimed tevez playing in our 3-1 defeat to them cost Bwfc (as he scored twice and had a blinder) , causing us to finish one place lower in the league.

I see MickyD has had his say on the article :D

Seems a shame to have a rod licence and not use it. Not had a bite yet though!

It seems that the Sheffield Utd players are considering legal action for lost earnings. Also Neil Warnock is considering suing as he claims he should be a Premiership manager but I don't think he has a case.

Among the Sheff Utd players taking action is Jagielka. Now how did being relegated cost him money seeing as how he got a lucrative move to Everton out of it.

Reckons he missed out on a bonus for helping Sheff Utd in avoiding the drop. Sounds about right that.

Regards Gartside, appears Wigan are to raise the issue at the next meeting of Premiership clubs later this month. Fulham and Wigan have already indicated they will go after WHU for their due prize money, I suppose Gartside has the chance to join them in a class action.

I think this has wider implications, does this not maker the original Premier League enquiry a complete sham? The Premier League have brought us to this point almost as much as West Ham by not dishing out a severe enough punishment originally.

Surely some heads need to roll there also.

Now I can't stand the guy but I do beleieve Neil Warnock has got a very good point in this article;

Warnock also believes that Premier League chief executive Richard Scudamore

should have lost his job over his handling of the issue.

?I think Scudamore is an absolute disgrace. I?d love to get him in a room on

my own for an hour, no holds barred,? said Warnock.

?If it was any other club, Scudamore would have made sure the facts came out.

I find it amazing that he has kept his job. If it had been a big club, the truth

would have come out earlier and it would have been sorted.?

Warnock?s time at Sheffield United ended within days of relegation when he

left Bramall Lane by mutual consent, before taking on his current role as

manager of Crystal Palace.

?I?ll be looking into this now. I just wanted to see the club?s case out of

the way first,? he said. ?As far as I?m concerned, I should still be a Premier

League manager. And I think the players have a case, too.

?(Sheffield United?s successful compensation claim) justifies what we?ve said

all along. We?ve had a lot of people criticise us for taking it this far - but

that?s what justice is all about. But this still doesn?t make it right for me or

the United fans - or anyone else involved.?

Richard Scudomore better watch out =D>

I see that The Guardian has decided that WHU are the victim in all this and accused various folk at Sheff Utd of ambulance chasing.

Arrogant World Cup Winning nonce cunts.

Which should win post of the month. Chuckling heartily at that.

Oh and Carlos is spot on. West Ham ought to get sued down the Thames, up the east coast and all the way back again.

I'm considering a case myself for the stress caused by that ragdoll, head sewn on by a blind seamstress Argentine c?nt beating us on his own.

It could get very silly this. How's about WHU sueing the FA/EPL for not having the balls to dock them points for cheating and thus allowing them to stay up/Sheffield Utd to go down and thus putting WHU in a position where they may well have to pay off every fucker including the tea lady at Sheffield Utd.

Which goes back to Scudomore, it will not, but the buck should stop with him, but the FA will now do to West Ham what they did to Sheffield and that is to hang them out to dry

Now listen carefully, Woohoo, it's clear you aren't blessed with more than a gram of grey matter but even a numb Essex pisstone like you must be have the foresight to realise what these payouts are likely to do to your spending power towards next seasons survival (and how the other claims yet to come - and they will - might damage your already shaky financial state).

I look forward to your upper case bleatings when the payouts start to bite :D UEFA - don't make me larf, my san.
