18th defeat in 33 games. Can't keep a clean sheet for toffee. Progress my arse. Time for the ginger clown to go . =@

Absolute rubbish performance. Elamander - Crap (Im not singling him out) but the guy couldnt even run at defenders today! Terrible performance

Fellow Mods: Get the Tin Hats Out!

The peasants are revolting!

Fair Result IMO.

They were far better than us, we had no creativity whatsoever.

thats the story of our season

why would ANY team sack ANY manager after defeat away at portsmouth, unless is was a run of 10 successive defeats.

put you brain in gear before you post will ya.

He will stay until the end of the season but then we should be looking for someone with a more positive attitude.

Yet another very poor performance after the tremendous effort last week. We just never look like we will do anything from a goal down.

thats the story of our season

They were as good as we were against them at our place. It doesn't help that both of our two most creative players (Gardner and M.Davies) were injured for 80 mins of this game.

One team tried to win and one tried not to lose, saying that we were very comfortable 2nd Half, the goal was shocking defending again, please please can we stop playing Elmander up top on his own when we have one of the best big men in the country playing wide.

I know, I felt really sorry for Mark davies when he had to go off!

Actually, I didn't even see his injury . . . what happened?

just a puzzled query

how is it nicky hunt got a yellow card when according to the match reports he didn't even play in the game?

He was warming up on the touchline, but got caught giving instructions to Steinsson.

He went to 'talk' to Stienson when he was taking a throw. Ref told him to go away, Hunt gobbed off.

i believe we did for most of the second half

I'm sorry but any on here who can draw any positives from that are deluding themselves. We were absolutley crap. How was our 'formation' intended to get the best out of Davies & Elmander? Not good enough Megson. One shot on target in 90 minutes , abysmal. I hope those who travelled had a good day out, you deserved a lot better. True I am writing this after a few bevvies in the pub but it was shocking. Sent out for a 0-0 draw, that's all we were ever going to get if we stayed lucky and we didn't.

Oh, good idea at this time of the season. Genius idea! Let's sack the board too!

A big well done to any BWFC fans making that journey. I know they'll make the most of it, before and after, but you really only enjoy it if you either play well, like last week, or get a result.

In fairness, we didn't really play well last week either.

Chelsea eased off and we exposed a few defensive frailties.

oo, i've seen hull play a few times earlier in the season, they try to play football and attack, let's get brown back

orrrr

this week have we decided that owen coyle is the best for the job?

i wonder who we'll try and get as our next manager, maybe riga, all the idiots seem to love him.

Dont think we should compare ourselves to Hull, first season in the Prem. Anyway, they might come and beat us yet. Dont understand the Riga comment but I,m not convinced Megson can take us further. Nothing personal against him, he's just a bit limited in what he does.

It's going to happen sooner or later that Megson will go, so why not bring it forward and save us all a load of pain. The board's done ok so we'll leave that intact. You're not that loud woman who screams her head off not far from me in the North Lower are you?

You've just totally contradicted yourself. You say we never look like doing anything from a goal down but it was poor after the tremendous effort last week where we came from 4-0 down to 4-3 and almost got a draw!!!

you mean the same 451 formation we've used all season, where davies has scored 12?

I predict a summery evening alcohol-induced bickering session coming on tonight.

I think I'll log off and leave you all to it.

Bollocks to it have a beer and move on, Feck all we can do about it now.

By doing anything, I meant getting a result like a win or even a draw. But then again, you knew that didnt you?

Some fans did'nt even get to see the game, after offical site gave details of pay on the day , but were unable to get tickets at Pompey, where they were told it was'nt pay on the day. i blame the ticket office.
