Why are they marching in Bolton?

 

Have there been massive problems with islamic extemists in Bolton that i have missed?

 

Or will it end up like the march in Stoke as just an excuse to riot?

the cynic in me suggests that it might be because of a relatively high islamic population in bolton chances of a ruck and a fuss being caused are higher than say a march in Oxford.

 

but apparently it's against extremism which i'd say bolton and it's people are doing a decent job in managing by themselves.

strictly speaking if they're agaisnt muslims then they're islamophobes, in the same way that being against the Jews makes you and anti-semite.

 

The very nature of the british people means that things like sharia law will never happen even without the EDL and their ilk rucking in the streets, smashing up shops and abusing people trying to have a nice Saturday shopping as they did in Stoke just the other week.

By all means do it but as long as the EDL don't pretend to speak for all white brits in the same way islam4UK don't speak for all muslims

some very valid points and arguments made from the edl,but,as with the bnp, you just always know theres racist undercurrents.

i know some protesters thouroughly belive they are there to defend and support english honour aginst muslim extremeists(which i totally respect)...but surely there is vast number there just for the boot off?

 

the bolton protest looks like its gonig to be a big one,theres 48 members of edl travelling from blackpool alone... but that in itself makes me think...i cant honestly think of the last time i saw a muslim..let alone muslim extremist in blackpool..now if it was a march against tranvestites,polish pot washers,and severly drunk scottish people i could understand!

Sadly,we have become a country where many see the Union jack as a symbol of white power/racism. We need to change attitudes, take the symbol from the racists & have pride in our country again. Again, sadly, saying thinks like that make me sound racist. I'm not, I'm not an position to be. My issues don't lie with the colour of someones skin, but by the way they live their life. So until Islam accepts the world is now round, we're never going to live happily ever after.

I'll not hold my breath for our Government whichever party it may be, to do anything about the obvious issues this country has though.

EDL rascists, but they should have the right to demonstrate but equally people have the right to demonstrate against them.

 

Just because some black lads support them does not mean they are nt, black people and brown people and yellow people can be rascists as well it is not a whites only club.
