89 minutes of end of season mid table fare at Droylsden v Colls then it all booted off. At one point only the match officials were left on the pitch with all 22 players and a few from the benches all scrapping down the tunnel, then both sides rather calmly return for a pretty surreal final 30 seconds.

South Shields comfortable 2-0 winners at Colls last night. They fetched probably 100+ for a Thursday night 300 mile round trip, can’t knock ‘em. They will be in the Football League inside the next decade I reckon.

Personally I think we gave them far too much respect in the first half, saying that they looked like they could have stepped it up a gear if needed, not a bad game though and their fans were pleasant enough

Brilliant night at Hednesford Town, Colls won 4-1 in the semi final of the Integro Cup, considering they are a league above us it makes the victory that much sweeter, Coalville (Leicester) in the final on a date and ground TBA

Hednesford have been a seriously big non league club in their time and are still a heavyweight in the division above, you only have to look at their ground to see that. Has to go down as Colls’ greatest ever result (so far) and a credit to the likes of yourself R. Hope the lads do you proud in the final.
