February 26, 201115 yr It's been shite for a while - was better when Johny Vegas was in it. I never bothered tonight - watched Shutter Island instead - very very good.

February 26, 201115 yr Was fantastic to start with & has gone downhill - especially the xmas special. The new series had some very funny parts to it though - for anybody that watched it, the "one armed bandit" line & story had me in stitches.
February 27, 201115 yr There were some amusing bits in the episode but I think the situation has run it's course. There is only a certain amount of times when you can have the same people going on holiday to the same place and at the same time as each other. Gavin and Stacey is in the same boat. Comedy arises when it is ridiculous behaviour in a sensible situation or sensible behaviour in a ridiculous situation. With the introduction of Tim Healy's character and Scary Mary they have reached rediculous behaviour in a ridiculous situation which aint funny. February 27, 201115 yr I've just atched Fridays episode on catch up, wasn't impressed at all if I'm honest. I'll give it another go next week, and hopefully it will improve. As Biff says, I think it's run it's course
