Ah but there's the thing. You can't just smash their heads in, that's reserved for 'brand new customers only!'

Not that I agree one iota with any of this bullshit. They know, the pigs know, we ALL know.

Maybe health and safety will after all be the death of this once great nation!

I'd taser, gas and hang the lot of em if I had my way! Hang on, is drawing and quartering still permissable, and if not, can't we get a bill of 'rights' shoved through at 3am when nobody's watching?

From what I saw I just imagined it to be a massive walking Kasabian gig. And I like Kasabian!

There were children with the anarchists?

Why take your kids to a rally which you KNOW would gravitate to the knobworthy and dickhead bound?

I stayed at home, because I'm 'sensible' and all that, plus the fact that I agree with the cutting of all the non jobs for the boys, stuff that have been bleeding us dry for generations and whingeing hangers on.

Take 'em to Alton Towers or Legoland like us unwashed 'workers' stop whining and do some WORK!

Saying that, I agree with the Moose, if only Wanderers had been away in london village, I'd have had a fiver ticket to go with my snood and mask too as I attempted to drink the place dry before a game of football where we would as opposing supporters been twatted in a side street or banned from football forever by 'looking at the plodd in a funny way'.

The women?s lingerie shop Ann Summers had its window smashed and was left daubed with graffiti saying ?fight sexism?.

Anything with 'ism' in it these fuckers get moist at. Dumb cunts.

Anyhow, vermin as the 'anarchists' are, pardon me if I don't jump two footed into the 'the police should be granted the powers to shoot them all' argument. Their conduct has been appalling in a number of instances in the recent past: http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-london-10723274

What's really sad is that a few hundred ruin the day for the thousands who went. I had a good few friends who marched and they had a fine day, got train and went home. It's the idiots who smash the place up that allow the idiotic reactionary plonkers to use that as a stick to beat the majority , who not only have a right to match but also feel they have valid case to put to the government.

Their message has got completely lost by trustafrians in snoods.

In what way is it a valid case?

We want our unsustainable non-jobs back?

But its not the ones people view as having 'non-jobs' who are being made redundant.

For 2 reasons the jobs people think aren't needed are often the type of job that helps bring money into the council. The other side is the bit I don't like and that's those who make the decisions in each department seem to keep those closest to them in post at the expense of possibly better people for the job.

So the problem is at local level, rather than national?

If so, they don't have a valid case to demonstrate to the government, they should protest to their own councils.

Not even the council but those in each department making the decision on who stays and who goes.

Each council needs to cut an awful lot of wasted money. As another thread mentions those flyers from Bolton Council, costing god knows how much to inform people of the cuts. And slightly different but the MOD spending ?22 on 65p lightbulbs.

Labour went a bit hand-out-happy, created stupid jobs on stupid wages & it's right that they are being cut.

There were thousands of kids there you fekin moron.

Who rattled your cage you cock?

Who rattled your cage you cock?

Now now, Gordon. :D

will try and keep this post breif

lad in our office, his mum went

the tv really doesn't paint the right picture of what went on

the majority of people did peaceful process and that

as they were walking up the streets, pockets of teens with faces covered start joining from side streets

soon as they're spotted tv cameras are all over them

but in the grandscheme of it they were a massive miniority

yet the tv cameras manage to get all the incidents

and rumours of one offering a lad ?25 to chuck stuff

basically, press/media were dying for it to kick off and encouraged it/went looking for it - and it wasn't a reflection of the majority

and why smash up top shop re: spending cuts, given they had a sale on?

It's a Philip Green thing.

Only pictures we have seen down here are of the limp wristed anarchist wankers. Give me 50 good football lads and they'd be wiped out in a minute. Throw like fooking puffs.

On a more serious note, the cuts are necessary because of Labours criminal mismanagement and that dozy c?nt Millie Headband marches along with some of Crawleys shiraz swigging revolutionaries? FFS, the hypocritical c?nts. They cause it and then protest against the cure.

Who rattled your cage you cock?

first labour, then the bankers & finally Tory Scum & their judas counterparts ;)

not attempting in anyway to support the violence but I'm quite aware who the real "violent, mindless, thugs" are in this country

Twats smashed up Fortnum's before thinking to check whether it is owned by a charity.

Whoops.

"Fortnum & Mason is owned by Wittington Investments. Wittington Investments has a 54% stake in Associated British Foods (ABF), a multinational food corporation with revenues of some ?10bn/year.

Some time between 2005 and 2008, ABF set up a holding company in Luxembourg. It then sent large sums of money - interest free - from ABF PLC and Primark (Ireland), also owned by ABF, into this holding account, from which it was sent straight back, this time with interest charges.

According to tax experts, this has meant ABF's annual tax avoidance amounts to at least ?10m through offsetting interest payments on profits.

Although Wittington is ultimately linked backed to the Weston Family Trust, which has charitable status, ABF is not a charity in any sense. The Weston Family Trust naturally support the pro-corporate, pro-privatisation policies being promoted by the coalition government and are major backers of the Tory Party.

This is just one example of the many super rich individuals and profitable big businesses going out of their way to minimise their tax bills. Some ?25bn every year is thought to be lost to the public purse by wealthy tax avoiders. This money needs to be recouped to help save our essential public services"

So storming the place & behaving in the manner they did was ok then.

It was peaceful & they tidied up after leaving. just seen a video on the guardian website about a policwomen co-ordiating their removal. http://www.guardian.co.uk/uk/2011/mar/28/cuts-protest-uk-uncut-fortnum . She admits they had been peaceful & says they will be able to leave and go home once some pockets of trouble have eased off in the surrounding area. As i said I'm not supporting the actions of those who smashed banks etc but this seemed to be a peaceful occupation as UK uncut action has previously been.

I've just had a vision of Rick Mayall replying "The fascist pigs, thats who"
