stevieb Posted April 22, 2011 Posted April 22, 2011 was working treble time 9-5 but sacked it off at 12 as I couldnt be arsed. Gonna go up bolton for a pint with me bro and me dad in a bit before packing for my holiday with the wife before tomorrows flight! super smashing great!

Plenty of pubs & a few tidy looking eateries. I could well have some of that. Got family in Lymm, very nice place except for that pound toll rd! Lots of teams used to stay at the Lymm hotel before Manchester matches. Still it's not cheap! Today we went round kew gardens Wakehurst, Easter egg hunt and picnic before water fight at home with the kids. It's like bloody June

Went to see some neolithic and bronze age stone circles, then off to a garden centre nearby for home-made ice-cream & afternoon tea. Called into a riverside pub on the way home, then a bottle of wine in the garden as the sun went down over the trees at the back of the house. Lovely day.
leigh white Posted April 22, 2011 Posted April 22, 2011 Walked to Leigh, stopped for a few pints, and watched the Leigh-Barrow game in one of the hottest grounds since Wimbledon & Southamton in the mid 90s. Walked back home via the Miners Welfare & the Ale House.
