HomerJay Posted August 25, 2011 Posted August 25, 2011 I thought he did really well. Still a long way from starting a league game though
superjohnmcginlay Posted August 25, 2011 Posted August 25, 2011 how much will Sunday cost? Not as much as saturday when we actually play
TOMolloy Posted August 25, 2011 Posted August 25, 2011 I thought he did really well. Still a long way from starting a league game though If Alonso is trusted in the league, then I don't see why Riley can't.

Zico Posted August 25, 2011 Posted August 25, 2011 the life of a BWFC rb comes in everyone thinks he's dead good and just as good as our previous RB 20 games later they're shite this is based on the bwfc careers of hunt, job and steinsson, and probably others who don't spring to mind

Decent RB if I remember correctly. I do remember him clattering into Marc Overmars in the first minute at the Reebok. Overmars didn't want to know after that and went off after 30 minutes or so. Soft sod
DazBob Posted August 25, 2011 Posted August 25, 2011 Ricketts was shit when he was playing at RB now he's out injured you'd think he was the 2nd coming of Cafu. Dunno what everyone else thinks, but I certaily didn't think he was shite at RB. Not the best we've ever seen, granted, but better than Steinsson.

Not the best we've ever seen, granted, but better than Steinsson. I thought he was decent but then again I have no real issue with Steinsson. There was a bloke behind me who spent the full 90 minutes whenever ricketts played hurling abuse at him and criticising everything he did.
Piemon Posted August 25, 2011 Posted August 25, 2011 Getting Ricketts back will be a boost to our defensive cover. Personally though he was ahead of Stiensson last season until his injury. is he welsh though??????
stevieb Posted August 25, 2011 Posted August 25, 2011 Getting Ricketts back will be a boost to our defensive cover. Almost like a new signing?

frank_spencer Posted August 26, 2011 Posted August 26, 2011 seems to be an endless list.. Even Jimmy Philips used to get loads of grief !! He did fuck up to send us down tbf.
only1swanny Posted August 26, 2011 Posted August 26, 2011 can't blame a player for sending us down when there is another 37 games...
frank_spencer Posted August 26, 2011 Posted August 26, 2011 Aye but that one fuck up cost us a game that if we'd won we'd have stayed up. I love jiminho. It's just folks dislike if him could be linked to one specific moment.

Pass to Le Tissier? http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/1995%E2%80%9396_FA_Premier_League#Final_league_table Bottom by 9 points. Are you mixing two seasons?
